    I live in California and I just bought a 1 year old showa from marusei farm,,beautiful dark sumi pattern much of it still needs to come up,, what year does the beni start to fade away or what are the chances of it staying????

      Hi from England. That really depends on the initial quality of the Beni and without seeing it I cannot say. It could be 6 months it could be 6 years.

    Love snow asagi love a good shusui aswellyou cant have good asagi with out a good shusui

    I have the original Japanese shusui with a pale pink underbelly and white fin not the orange. Someone must have imported it here. Im putting him with a ginrin this year.
