@@johnp82 very true, as much as I love Slayer, they can write more tehcnical stuff like on Hell Awaits but they don't like melody so it restricts them to the point they seem to almost make the same sound and songs over and over
@@lightray9573 not just melodies. Metallica didn't have a lot of melody in the early days except for fade to black and a couple others. Slayer can't use dynamics like metallica can either
@@gabrieldzwonowski9815 True especially on Kill Em' All, however they still had more melody than Slayer is the point I'm making, Metallica also has more dynamic as you said and makes use of more power chords, pentatonic scales and various song structures
@@lightray9573 Yes alot more musical than Slayer, however what I will give Slayer is they can write good ugly dissonant sounding riffs. Which is what metal is about, above all the different types of metal over the decades.
"YEEEEEEEAHHHHAAAAA" says James as hes on youtube listening to this.
ok
3:14
Ahhh, the riff!
3:14 now i know where the intro riff to repentless came from
Lovelxss even Kerry King stated,” My favorite on Master of Puppets is definitely Damage Inc. Especially that riff in the bridge, I wish I wrote it”
@@acolton0428 wow, never knew that. interesting.
@@_iridica_ yeah just google Kerry Kings favorite MetallicA song
Slayer ripped off so many metallica songs it's ridiculous. Just try skeletons of society for example
@@gabrieldzwonowski9815 what did skeletons of society rip off?
God the bass intro sounds like heaven in this tuning
Damage Inc, Battery and Fight Fire with Fire sound like songs Slayer can make
Slayer could never write songs as good as those.

ALL METALLICA KILL EM ALL TO BLACK ALBUM SHOULD BE Eb!!!
Apart from Ride The Lightning(the song), the intro sounds dull.
@@b3fr1enderbetr4yer8 yea well most Metallica should be Eb it sounds more powerful
Absolutely beautiful 😍
Metallica sounds better in Eb

Now i know were Hardwired comes.
Mejor introducción q escuchado esa guitarra por dios👌
Lo de la introducción es Cliff con su bajo y un poco de dist, según Kirk, Cliff grabó más de 12 pistas para la intro :)

I tell you secret, every Metallica songs are in Eb tuning, so it's double Eb tuning
Latające kolano are you dumb
jaki ty jestes kurwa glupi XD
E natural in A435Hz tuning is not an Eb in 440Hz tuning.
@@Zawmbbeh coulda just said this was in E and not Eb but you're right
No, most of their songs are in E
