In the Toxin mission, when you were going up the west side, detecting and destroying the stealthed demo traps, you could have just purchased a cheap drone for one of your vehicles. Approx. 36:30. Great video, as always, and worthy of re-watching. Or you could have brought a pathfinder along and kept loading him into and out of a Hummer. Some pathfinders and avengers would have been nice starting around 40:25 when you started attacking the core of the toxin general's base. (EDIT: I see you brought them in a minute or so later!)

This was so cool to watch. I always thought the challenge mode was one of the best features of C&C
One thing iv noticed is you don't use hot keys it you select your units you won't in group then I think u hold control on the keyboard and hit 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 any of them it sets them in a hot group bar then all you have to do to select thows units in the groped is hit 1 or 2 and so on and so on
He uses hotkeys extensively--he puts his production buildings on hotkeys so he can build units without having to stop micro-ing.
grah brains not what I seid I seid puting units into groups as in selected some takes put them in unit 1 hot key select some aircraft or what ever and put in to unit 2 hit key it allows you to Select units with out haveing to drag over them nore will you even have to be looking at them u can be on emeny. Base and press the hot key you set to your aircraft and just Sle a tank or building at will saves time going back a forth from Base all the time it's not the same as building hot keys these are platoon s you can set your army in for quick selection
They're the same hotkeys, you can set them on units, groups of units, or buildings. CNC does use hotkeys for units but the way he uses them on buildings to be constantly training new units is really where it's at for his play style.
dude, you probably not even half as good as this guy. you're the type of gamer that thinks you're better than anyone else so you start teaching or dictating. it's like you're teaching someone how to use the internet when that person's been using it for over 20 years. you're making yourself look like a tool. he does grouped/bookmarked units or buildings depending on the situation. sometimes he combines both and i do the same thing.

Question from me and my friend: Say you are the GLA. You capture a USA command center and build a strategy center. Do the upgrades like veterancy speed and hold the line/bombardment/search and destroy affect your GLA units?

Don’t know about the strategies but the Advanced Training (or what you call veteran you) upgrade isn’t active in GLA units

wie hast du denn dein spiel zum "non Cyborg" spiel bekommen ? ^^ mich regt es bissl auf wegen der zensur mit den cyborgs xD
SeTo91 würde ich auch gerne wissen.
Er hat die internationale Version, daher ist das Spiel auch auf Englisch. Ich habe mir vor vielen Jahren mal die Komplettsammlung auf Origin gekauft und war über die zensierte Version enttäuscht (Ich habe Stunde Null als deutschsprachigen Uncut Import im Schrank stehen) und habe stumpf mal den Support angeschrieben dass "Generals verbuggt sei, die Soundfiles der Einheiten wären so komisch verzerrt". Daraufhin hat mir der Support geantwortet dass das "Problem" bekannt sei und ob ich ein Problem hätte die englische Sprache des Spiels zu nutzen. 5 Minuten später hat mir der Origin Mitarbeiter die deutsche Version aus dem Account entfernt und die internationale Version aktiviert. So habe ich sämtliche CnC Teile in englischer Originalfassung bekommen. Ob das noch immer von EA gemacht wird müsst ihr einfach ausprobieren. Geht in den Support-Chat von Origin und fragt euch durch bzw. stellt euch doof. :)

1:49:30 - Regarding that point about Tank vs Superweapon being "impossible without nukes." She actually has a major weakness in that not a single one of her EMP Patriots can be rebuilt. They are all positioned such that her dozers can't reach them. So, even Tank can take them out one by one by sacrificing dozens of MiGs.
But the time it takes plus the resources you would be better off racing for nukes and uses the extra resources for aa defence
@@AlexWithington Right, but the point was that it *can* be done without superweapons. (Not as GLA though. They give you the Sneak Attack tunnel automatically so you can't screw yourself out of being able to win.)

you dont need to send rangers to kill stingers, when you have snipers - they kill stingers from humvee very well
1:00:00 Cant believe she didn't attack you at all with aurora bombers. She's bombing me non stop with those. is there something im missing that you did ? eventually i had to place missile soldiers separately on front lines and she started focusing on them otherwise it was impossible for me lol
I kept restarting so much on that, when i was air-force, i literally have to build it nonstop and have the MORE important buildings at front being barracks or warfactory.

Why not use avengers to counter stinger sites, drones to scout demo traps, and generals powers to eliminate base defenses? I'm no speedrunner though, and I'm 100% sure you know more than me, but I was just curious. Amazing gameplay!

I did this but the enemy rangers came and killed all my troopers while capturing the airfield and began attacking my base as well (hard mode) lol

no, I wouldn't say he is OP. Infantry is way stronger than laser. Also Airforce is very powerful

Well, how his infantry stronger exactly? Just more damage/hp? Or some cool units? Or something else?
He gets minigunners isntead of red guards, that can kill any other infantry 1v1 or even more. They can shoot down aircraft almost like a china minigun defence thingy. They start on level 1/3 veterancy, and if you use ability they start with 2/3 veterancy. His tank hunters start with level 1/3 veterancy. They get reinforced troop crawler and outpost, with stronger infantry as well, but he can't build tanks.
At 1:12:40 if you look top right the particle canon has drawn a swastika 😂

Honestly it's so frustrating watching you play sometimes. One moment (most moments) you're so brilliant and so impressively efficient at base management and organising troops. Then on random occassions you do some seriously stupid things, like the scud launcher thing with the camouflage general. Oh well - I still watched anyway!

I was playing this since the 1st ps1 version so I played c&c red alert /red alert 2 / red alert 3/ retailaion./ tiberiem /tiberiem fire storm / tiberiem wars /tiberiem kanes rath / c&c genarules /C&c generals zero hour. But I still think command & conquer generals and generals zero hour are the best even thow it's from EA shame EA are to stupid to see how this game means so much to so many but thay still went ahead and shut the MP server down that's what made the game the best plus thay shut down command & conquer genarules 2 development because EA ARE STUPID LIKE THAT
