    Heyy dii , I am physical education student ....and it's very hard to do push up in front of teachers in practical exam.... And although I wasn't get good marks . But Now I recover after your vedio.....

    I have one doubt is there anything that if girls do pushups then our breast size will go small nd our muscles becomes big nd strong then we can't increase our breast size. is that so? I heard frm one of my gym trainer

      Pushups can tighten and tone the chest muscles to reduce the overall size of the breast. However, strength training and targeted exercises alone won't reduce breast size. Without cardio or a full body workout, some exercises can make the breasts appear larger.
      If it's not good fat , accumulated over time by eating unhealthy foods may decrease,
      If already smaller than naturally according to body may increase also
