Thank you for this tutorial. I've followed the instructions exactly as you said but when the printer doesn't show when I go to add a printer. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm not having any success.
can you make one like this for HP computers. I legit am having a hard time trying to install and setup. My computer recognizes the device as "Unknown" not as a printer. How do I get the setting to be recognized has a printer?
Have you connect the printer to PC and power on the printer before driver installation? Maybe you can uninstall the driver and do that again with above operations. More supports, please contact info@idprt.com
Is it possible to have an option to download the driver to an ipad? I have a usb connector for my ipad to connect the printer. Just seeing if there is a way to add the driver on the ipad
0:58 - wait a sec.., what are you telling me to “click anyway”? Not only does my Settings window not show this button, I’m supposed to trust this from a low-bitrate RUclips video that renders the menu text illegible, but I’m supposed to click it?
can you create a tutorial for using the printer on a chromebook? its a newly added ability for this printer but the manual is outdated and there is no other videos for it. you can download the driver off the website, but it cant be configured to my laptop. thanks

Note: If you can't find the printer when at the adding printer step, make sure you have it turned on :)

I’m having the same problem
Try a restart with the printer off. Then turn the printer back on once the computer boots up. Worked for me

Is this not able to be used with plugging the USB because MacBook Pro doesn’t have usb plug and that’s what I am using

No, we don't have the driver for iPAD. If you need to print the shipping label from ipad, you need to consider the SP410 bluetooth version. Thank you.
