Can you do another vid explaining shipping costs and how that works and how you should factor that into your costs
@@keithethel7391 Great idea!
@@ApparelSuccess would you be interested in an advisory board member seat?
Finally someone that’s decisive and doesn’t ramble on. You showed exactly what everyone is looking for. You earned a subscriber
Great video Rob! One thing I would like to add - if shipping internationally, you need to also print off 3 copies of the customs invoice. 1 goes inside the package and 2 go on the outside.
I learned this the hard way when my international packages all came back to me because they were missing the customs invoices, and I had to pay for shipping again 😂
Yes, Rob. Thanks for always reading my mind and uploading a solution for me in video form :D
You're welcome haha
Geez... I was about to say the same thing 🤣🤣🤣
Honestly
Mad props for showing how to recalibrate the printer. I’d been messing with this thing for about 20 unsuccessful minutes - trying all sorts of things. I did hold down that button, and while holding it down, it’ll beep once, then twice, then three, then four times, and then a series of very fast beeps, and then the light turns green.
Once I only pressed it down once, it reset perfectly. Now my printer is not only working, but it is printing beautiful labels - labels that are way better than anything that I had printed before. I used to have to print 3 labels each time I used it, and then pick from the one that looked the best - the best being the most consistent bar code and the best centering. I oftentimes had to settle for a label that had issues, and just prayed that the USPS scanners would accept the label.
Verbosely later, thanks so much for showing how to do this. It may have been in the manual, but I tossed mine, and could not find anything on the Internet - I may have not been searching for the right thing.
Does anyone know what the deal is with the successive beeping while holding down the main button?
Im not starting a clothing brand but this information was extremely helpful with my startup! Much thanks brother!
Omg thank you for this.i was struggling for over 30 minutes on how to do this.

I really appreciate your content man… I‘ve been struggling to start for so long and you rlly help me… literally all the info I’ve learned is from you ❤️ thanks brother
Hey! By the volume of sellings you mentioned in other videos *I think you should go for the integration of a parcel company within your website.*
You will save the "hassle" of copying and pasting the addresses + rescaling the files (which I think is a bit inefficient) so, after a new purchase on your website, you will just receive directly to your mail box the labels, ready to print.
Somebody make an order -> receive parcel's labels. Much easier.
Besides, with the volume you manage you may get great quotes per package.
Most of the big parcel companies offer integration within ecommerce websites.
Hope it helps.
OMG! I have been working for 2 days with my labels! They all come out Doll size! I wrote everything down that you said when it comes to Adobe! I will be trying this later today, will let you know how it went! If not, will send a picture of the Thermal Printer and Laptop that I threw out the window! LOL No, I’m not going to give up, it’s just frustrating! I want my products out there and believe in them, even though I am losing my mind! 😂 Anyway, will let you know soon! At least I could understand what you said…. I have been watching so many Vids lately, I fill like I’m going insane! And that new DC Adobe Acrobat, and me running Windows 11, which I wish that I could go back to the simpler versions, and not being Tech savy at all……I wil defiantly try you way and Thanks again!😊🎉
U ever figure it out
Thanks I needed this for my business.
Super helpful!!! Thank you!
Love it! Short clear and to the point!
I started my brand Master Your Craft, it is about to launch from Shopify. Your videos have been an incredible inspiration! Thanks for doing what you do. What hoodies do you print on?
I use a company called Avid Apparel out of Toronto Ontario.

That's cool. That's quite helpful!
Where do u get the packaging with your brand on it? Like the shipping package that isn’t the box? I can’t find on stickermule
Question . As long as you have the printing label you don’t need a stamp right ?
Thank you 🎉
Awesome vid. Thanks. Where do you get those shipping tape?
Stickermule.com
Appreciate it
Another awesome video! Thanks for sharing. How do you get so much inventory? Do you have another company making the shirts or the HTV for you? If so, in what country? (Unless you want to share the company) Thanks
I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great ruclips.net/user/postUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.
I have the the same thermal printer, what’s the stand you added to it in the back so the roll isn’t just sitting on my desk??
It came with the one I ordered!
does it print on double sides so i can print the order details within the address on the other side ?
So if you print the labels and pay through Shopify, you can still ship with ups or fedex etc correct ?
Hi how you doing I know my question is a bit random but basically I am starting my own clothing brand and I am on the step where I have to find A platform to launch my clothing brand website and I am not sure which one is good enough and Is at a reasonable price would u be able to give me advise
Question lets say the price of your hoodies is $100 + tax how do you included what the shipping prices are to the customer if your are printing the label after they have purchased? Or do you include shipping into your price for your sweater already?
Great Video and very helpful. Love the new backdrop look. Viadango.
Appreciate it!
I have questions!!
What vendor did you use for the branded tape?
Is there a printer that permits full compatibility with 4X6 so I don't have to drop? (PostCanada/Shopify)
Hi mate. When you are filming the hands free footage, what are you using to do that?
GoPro
I understood everything about the video but to pay for the shipping do I use the customers card or do I pay for it on my own with my own money
You pay for it with your own money. You can make this back by charging extra for shipping when the customer makes a purchase
So what if I don’t have a website then I can’t use shipping labels??
If you are shipping yourself, and you have to pay for shipping. How do you figure out how much to charge your customer for shipping so you don't lose money on paying for shipping every time?
He knows how much his stuff normally weighs and the dimensions so he can charge a standard rate or offer free shipping if he can make a profit. You just have to make sure your profit margin that you're charging for your things are big enough to cover shipping.
@@Sulfenbro i have a question
As you start getting items in..weigh them. Use google sheets to create a spreadsheet of weights. Use item name, size and model number. Learn to organize it and then when you go to create the posting if the item, you can put in the weight and calculate the shipping or let the website do it if your listing in a site.
Obviously, you would’ve figured it out by now, I’m just putting the info here for new people.
Where did you get the tape with your logo?
And how do you send track and trace to the costumer if you send the package?
where do you get your shipping mailers with your brand logo on from ?
Stickermule
How to print the labels fast
can i ship something without having a return address
I have alot of questions? Perfer to talk privately if possible?
How to add a tracking number?
Where can I get that box tape you got?
Stickermule
