just so you know, your sample label, its a good idea, and I know you have nothing but good intentions, but it doesn't work like amazon and their label works because it shows it sideways and when you click to print it has its own preset settings already set for the label that you've made either now or on your last time on this screen, but when I open your label to print, its jumbo large and not aligned so by using your label, its going off a separate or different label configuration then the ones you set for amazon its not using the default settings I had set last time which it does keep the settings between prints with amazon.

I ment to say no print on the label....If I look at it in the light there is an imprint on the label but it is not black where it can be seen. How does it work? Does it need ink?

@@katjahinds3521 I did finally figure it out by going back to the directions but it it is not user friendly. To many steps to print one label. I went back to printing out a label on paper, cutting it out and taping it on the box. I would never recommend it to anyone.
go to printer and scanner> choose the printer>manage> printing preference> page setup> there are 3 buttons under the size you see 4x6 press edit and write the size you want.

Did you change the settings on poshmark? There is a link in the description of the video showing how to change the setting. Did you try printing the sample label that's on the description of the video?

You are welcome. Try flipping the paper around. It could be upside down.
