ROLLO makes a great printer: fast, inexpensive, and very reliable. If you want to design your own labels (barcode, images, text) you can install Label LIVE from the Mac App Store and print right out of the box (no drivers required). Drivers are needed when you want to print PDFs from Preview.app, or from Word. Thanks for posting this video, ROLLO. Keep up the great work!
Hello I just got my printer and I’m having issues printing my Shopify USPS label. Everything was set up correctly but my preview is showing the label still on US letter even though I changed it to 4x6. The rest runs fine with the correct size and orientation but no the labels from my Shopify
Please note only your new labels will be made in 4x6 size after change is made in Shopify. Please check this video, towards the end it shows the option for changing the size to 4x6 ruclips.net/video/WQUQHB0Ow5Q/видео.html
I have this same problem but with PayPal.

Thank you for your comment. To set up Rollo in Windows, please install the Windows driver by going to rollo.com/setup. Choose the "Rollo Wired Printer" and go to Step 2 and click on Download Windows Driver. Once downloaded, please install the driver and follow the onscreen instructions. so if i’m plugging this in to my PC with windows do i still need a driver?
Hi there! Thank you for your comment. If you are using the Rollo USB printer for the first time on your PC, you will need to download the Windows driver. You can find the driver by going to rollo.com/setup choose the USB Rollo and go to Step 2 and you will have the option to download the Windows Driver. no, it works on windows but you need to install a different
driver from the same website

How to change the darkness?

I need to print greyscale, like a watermark shadow, for my Shopee waybills. But it just prints everything black no matter what settings I choose.

@@ronl.6023 Yes, I’ve messaged them already. Since my Waybills have watermarks with COD (Cash On Delivery) it can just print black according to them :(
Sadly I cannot use this for my business because the address cannot be seen otherwise.
@@itsJeaaan1 I see. I think your ticket is still active and Rollo team is still finding a fix for this. So basically, it prints the "COD" watermark black and bold covering the details of your label. We'll let you know once a fix or workaround is available.
