OUR POETRY AND OUR ARTS MEAN *NOTHING* IF OUR YOUTH CANNOT UNDERSTAND IT!!!! THANK YOU AND MAY ALLAH BLESS YOU SAYEMA FOR TRANSLATING AND EXPLAINING!!!!
Madam you have not studied the background of this great poem . It is not as you have translated it ,though it may sound beautiful if go by its word meaning. The poet is referring it to the creation of Pakistan. Here the beloved is none other than Pakistan and after getting independence from Britain he has thought now there is no worry other than this but within few years failure of the respective governments and no end in the atrocities on the new nation,he wrote this heart breaking poem . It was a rebellion against the system prevailing in Pakistan at that time.
Thnx for the info.
The atlas o kamkhab were how the ruling class was conducting itself even as the masses were bleeding, seething in pain and suffering disease, without fulfillment of the dreams of an independent country. It is a disillusionment of a people with freedom from a colonial oppression where nothing changes. Poetry is not a translation but a context, a story, a statement.
The beauty of the poetry is that one can interpret it in many different ways, aur ap ko kaisai pata Faiz ap Ka chacha hain😂.
Thanks sir
Thanks Brother
Daughter you have simple voice and know words delivery
Ya poetry Always mujhy ek new feeling deti ha aur aaj Palestine aur India ma momita wlaa wakiya yaad aaa raha ha 😢😢ha

Beautifully explained Ms. Sayema. This is a masterpiece of Faiz's poetry and you have opened the door for deeper meanings if anyone wishes to enter.
Bibi apka Andaz or tareeqa Bohot khoobsoorat hy, students ko understand krnay m Bohot sahoolat or aasani ho ge. Bohot shandar, Mashallah.
I think this Nazm is not for the namely beloved love but for the Country
Not for country, but for world or worldly things
Hope Sayema is as polite in real life as in this act and avoid disruptive venomous speeches. There is nothing better than the religion of humanity.
bhai pagal ho kya, kitni achi koshish ki hai saima ne ye nazam samjhane mey.
In her real life
She is very polite and soft
She seems too cruel in real life.
The only one who is cruel is you.
@@kryptoknight992 Well, I wasn't the one who supported Delhi riots IB officer Ankit Sharma's murder.
Faiz is the greatest poet of 20 th century ....Greatest poet of modern day urdu

बहुत लंबी तशरीह के बाद नज़्म की रवानी उसकी कशिश उसका हुस्न तशरीह की गर्द में दब सा जाता है .....बस चन्द कलीदी अल्फ़ाज़ के मानी बता दें . ...और आपकी शीरीं ज़ुबान से फूटते बोल, दिल की गहराइयों में उतरते चले जाएंगे।शुक्रिया जी❤❤❤

Mam you are more beautiful than this poem, thanks for justice with Urdu language. Without Urdu or Punjabi Hindi is weak and less softener in northwest India and Delhi.
My father named me after the word Sabat. 😞 Stability, endurance, etc. magar woh khud iss dunia main Sabat ke Sabat ko dekhne ke liye maujood nahi.
Inna lillahe wa inna ilayhe rajeoon ....beautiful name Sabat....may Allah swt grant you strength to endure your father's absence....Aameen
Wah ❤
God she is beautiful ❤️
لاجواب
😊😊😊
Good attempt, but its a deep poem with several layers in meaning. You have rendered it literally. What the poem conveys majetically is that in a world ridden with countless sorrows, tragedies and tales of limitless oppression across centuries, a sensitive humane heart will struggle to find solace in romance.
This poem underlines Faiz's overriding theme in his poetry which is torn between love and longing on one side and idealism on the other.
Ye diary mujhe de de Sayema !
कृप्या कर के पूर्ण रूप से हिन्दी मे दोहराए!सादर आभार
ایک اچھی کوشش ہے لیکن نثر معیار وہ نہیں۔
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Accuracy is less in translation
Mam aap is andaz me....kya khna
Not complete translation.... Only 3.7 % translation
My name is Faiz 😊
It's not tilisam it's tilism
Ma'am sikayat to apse bhi hai mera ek aap book to show karti ho but book ka naam nhi boti ho na dikhati ho😅
Madam Noor Jehan ne gha kr amar kr diya
idk y ut i interpreted it this way n it was shocking for me: he said aur bhi rahatein hein vasl k siwa,, which has a literal meaning of sex as well,,, he says mujh se pehli si muhabbat na maang... bcz in the first stages of love most married cpls hv sex in this first stage of rel. HE talks abt nightly magical dangers and how bodies r sold in streets dressed in silk, satin, brocade,,,, he perhaps is descrie loosing virginity of a woman.......... he has perhaps fallen in love w a prostitute but refuses to perform zina despite her beauty?
Darakhshaan shaining
Mai aap se chat karna chahata hu di
Is hansi pe kon na Mar jaye
R j saiyma
Madam without burka means, you are our Indian sister?
The interpretation and explanation wasn't correct from 2:20 to 2:35
Sorry to say aap ne bohot ghaltiyan ki hain meaning main agar aap kahin gi to detail bhej dunga..thanks mgr koshish achi hy
Non sense
except the Urdu word meaning translation... explanation of this Nazm and its contextual meaning is pathetic 😢
Ms. Sayema you just Misinterpreted the Ghazal
Ek baar pure hindi meaning mai bolte to acha lgta
Totally flowed! Faiz sahib here is talking about his country and not the stuff your trying to explain, please do a little research.
محترمہ سیدھی بات ہے بنگالیوں سے معذرت کر رہے ہیں فیض صاحب۔
