    I've been dealing with depression for years. I wish I had known about sprovato the effects have been good for me. One medication after another failing 16 in total. I had ECT done too (18). Seek out sprovato if possible and at least try it

      Depending on the protocol prescribed, the duration of treatment can vary. Most often, the course is daily appts a half hour or less for about 7 weeks. There are accelerated options, but insurance companies will not cover that option at this time.

    There is no “mild” disassociation in my case. It’s bad lol but well worth it. That’s the only side effect I get from it! It scares me. I wish that part didn’t happen.

    Hi, I watched this video and I am amazed about it. I live in Croatia. That is one beautiful country in Europe. In my country Spravato doesn't exist, but I am getting ketamine from other side. I can tell you ketamine helped me with my opioid addiction and all negative side effects like depression, withdrawal symptoms etc. I don't know how but when I took ketamine my withdrawal symptoms disappear. I study about that neuro receptors in brain and it seems that ketamine have something which helps receptors to beat depression, withdrawal symptoms and gives a person "life boost" I was on big dosage of methadone (20 tablets of 5 mg) and with ketamine I rapidly tapped down almost to the zero. When I tapped down to 6 tablets/day I transferred on subutex. Now I am on 2 mg of subutex and I am making a plan to quit it all with ketamine. I spoke with my psychiatrist about that and she told me that this is yet not discovered topic in my country but she was interested how I succeed to tapp down methadone which I was taking for 10 years. Methadone was my primary addiction substance and everybody knows how difficult is to quit methadone. More difficult than heroin becouse of long half live in body. I am very surprised because you in America have that alternative and I hope that Spravato will come in my country also. I hope that HALMED will approve this treatment in Croatia. HALMED is like "Croatian FDA". I don't know how much is the price in America but I can tell you that I am getting it cheap on d. market because in my country there is no support for spravato I don't have other (legal) alternative then take it on my behalf. I think that many people are like me which don't have the support for spravato, so if there is other person who is taking it on their behalf (just like in my case) I want to give advice to take it responsibly, do not take it much more than you need because you will have one unpleasant experienced known by "K HOLE" and trust me nobody wants to feel that. But when you take it in small dosage it can save your life because of depression, and also in my case almost gone opioid addiction. Also want to say that if you take it everyday you will get tolerant (like almost every substance) , so just take it smart.and DO NOT DO , WATCH OR LISTEN something which is not pleasant to you while on ketamine. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in comfortable environment. (Because of that mild dissociative effect) ... If it is possible we can get in contact. I would like to talk to you doctor and ask some questions about proper dosage if you want we can get in contact. P.s. excuse me if my grammar is not fluid.

      I should have added a month later after being approved . The TMS Neuro had me ask Cardiologist , he said no . So it was back to my butter and trying to stay awy from stupid people . This way less chance of snapping ? One foot in front of the other , so to speak ? Say's the man with one foot . Actually the stuff I've done and been blessed to experience . Lucky to have the one left !!

    What if I’ve done TMS twice and it was 5 days a week for several months for my TMS and the cost was crazy so how was the TMS better?

    • @Nyte_Kitty
      @Nyte_Kitty Год назад

      Did TMS work for you? TMS is non-invasive, with very few and mild side effects, if any. Esketamine has more side effects, including death for those with cardiovascular comorbidities, though rare. TMS is also often able to be covered by insurance, where it is much less common for esketamine to be covered. Esketamine is also more expensive, if paying out of pocket. In addition, esketamine can only be administered at an outpatient facility, similar to TMS, but requires a recovery period under observation after each treatment, and patients must have arranged transportation home as clinics cannot allow patients to drive afterwards. For these reasons, if not more that I've missed, TMS remains a more feasible option. The success rate is very promising and many of these roadblocks I hope will be mitigated soon, especially insurance coverage. I hope it doesn't become an at home prescription, because the risk for abuse is very high, so that's another concern, and any adverse reactions from that could set everything back and end up eliminating it as an option altogether.

    I disagree on the time part. TMS you need to come into the office 5 days a week for SIX weeks. The ketamine treatment is 1 to 2 times a week….yes its longer sessions but between commute time its way easier
    for me to start with the ketamine
