Isn't it amazing that adolescent's have many of these symptoms once they start middle school and recess is eliminated, they play less outside after school opting for internet time, then comes all the cavities in the teeth etc...
Yes because their biological clock switches around 12-13 and they can't sleep early anymore, still we make them go to school before 8 am. Buses pick them up as early as 6 am in my area. There are plenty of studies about it but if you have a teen at home during the pandemic and it was virtual learning, you saw how the more sleep fixed your kid.

I have a vitamin D, on 231 !. And in my country Denmark, a normal level, is considered to be, between 50-160 !. My own personal view on D vitamin D is….take all you need, as long as you dont feel worse by taking it !
My husband was having terrible confusion and memory problems at age 65. We took him to a neurologist and he did a simple blood test and found out his Vitamin D # was only 6. We immediately put him on a large dose of D3. Long story short, within a period of six months he began to get his memory back and the confusion was less. He has since returned to normal and he is doing well. If you don't get out in the sun much, take the supplement.

Amen doc Ken Berry. I agree whole heartedly. I also need to get out in that sun 🌞 for the sun vitamin ☀️ of D3 !!! Thanks for your natural based news reports......🌞
I live in the high desert of Texas. I’m 53. I take vitamin D3 and I make myself lay half naked on a lounge chair everyday for a minimum of 10 minutes. In addition to watering my garden and greenhouse. Getting sun and a significant amount of vitamin D has changed my life. Plus carnivore diet.
@@ianstuart5660 I’m a fan of the carnivore diet, and have even moved to ketovore this month! But this claim sounds like bunk to me. I haven’t heard it from a reliable source, much less any research on it.
Thank you dr Berry for your valuable information! I heard something very interesting on a talk with Dr Paul Mason , he says the best time to be in the sun is when the shadow you cast is about the same length as you are tall, at that time a half an hour is ample exposure ...
I’m soooo happy I’m on a supplement now!!!! I can’t wait to feel better! I finally have some answers and I knew what was wrong before I mentioned it to my doctor! Thank GOD! I’m so excited!
I just got my blood work done and my vitamin D is at a 12! They said minimum should be at like a 30. Also been feeling depressed and anxious a lot more. I got antidepressants prescribed but i havent took them yet. I think im going to try to skip the antidepressants and start taking the vitamins everyday and work out a little more. Just dont want to get on something i will have to ween off of later
Ah, man! The pain is SO real and bad! I also have a permanent spinal fracture with no idea how I fractured it - so this makes sense to me. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and it sounds like Vit D us super important to us because our bodies cannot heal well already. Thank you for this video.
I live in uk so the sun is a rare thing here, even now in July it's cloudy and dark and raining all the time, only 16 C, more like autumn weather, the only thing with vitamin d supplements is they always have vegetable capsules, will this ruin my Carnivore diet?
I suddenly started having pretty bad fatigue over a week ago. I have hypothyroidism already and was thinking it was out of range or maybe low on iron. Got blood test back today and vitamin D was 19! I sat in sun today about 12 minutes and drank milk. Dr hasn’t got back with me yet. Last time it was low, she prescribed those strong vitamin D. Can’t wait to take it because I’m tired of having no energy. My thyroid and iron was normal by the way.
Why would you wait? Just go get some D3 at the drugstore right away. You don’t need a doctor’s prescription. Be sure to take K2 and magnesium as well, in order for the D3 to work properly.
I started getting symptoms of seronegative arthritis back in December. I started taking vitamin D3 since it was indicated that I was deficient. It's made so much difference that my pain went away, my mood and libido improved. I'm still very tired but I'll get there.
My doctor prescribed 100 iu of vitamin D2 per week. I also have hypothyroidism and hyper parathyroidism. Plus psoriatic arthritis. I have had fatigue since high school and I’m 67. What can I do? I’m gaining weight due to a constant lack of energy and aches and pains.
Dr. Ken Berry This is only my opinion and it is what I do ! A good way to know if you are low in vitamin D is to take your PH level with PH paper that you can buy at a health food store but it is not available at drug stores! Why don't drug stores sell it ? Why does OHIP ( in Canada ) not cover the cost of the vitamin D test? If your PH is around 7.2 that is good and if it is 6.2 or less you have a serious illness or are developing one! If your PH is good that also means your immune system is good as well ! If I take my PH level a few days in a row and it is 6.5 I use another method to get it to go up as much as 3/4 of a point overnight ! When I do this method it is more like a jump start and I only do that once in a while ! My PH level is stable now and it is always around 7.0 or higher! I take vitamin D3 and calcium with magnesium but 2 parts calcium to one part magnesium is VERY IMPORTANT ! I would not take one without the other! Coral calcium is best but only if it is marine harvested! Unlike drugs that have bad side effects my only side effect has been good health ! I am not a Doctor but I have spent about 5000 hours doing my own research to find out what I think is the answer to good health ! Cancer does not scare me ! I actually think a virus can be much harder to get rid of! If I had an extra 10 million dollars I would do a case study on what I believe to be true! There is a lot more but I don't want to write a book !
@@jewelofwisdom8279 Any coral calcium is good as long as it is MARINE HARVESTED ! I just use the Walmart Jamesons or there no name brand of Calcium with magnessium for around $10 a bottle of pills and I use it to help maintain my PH level ! The goal in my opinion is to achieve a stable PH level that may vary week to week from say 6.5 to an 8.0 ! I would not let my PH level go over 8.0 for more than a couple days but I dont consider that to be a problem and if you have a stuborn virus it could be a good thing but not longer than a couple days ! It can take months to get your PH level up but once you are stable you should check your PH maybe once a month ! I am not a Doctor or a health food expert and I only know what works for me ! I always take my PH in the morning before I have anything to eat or drink ! If you are trying to get your PH level higher you need to take your PH every morning for the first couple weeks to monitor how it is doing ! Maybe once every couple weeks for a month and then once you are stable maybe once a month ! Hope this helps !

I eat 3 eggs everyday and work in and outdoors and been taking D3 for 2 years prescribed by my Dr. Which I don't understand because I ate Vit D rich whole foods long before that. I've suffered with arthritis in hip and back really bad for 6 years. Now my legs ache all over most days.
Hold on. My doctors told me we do not actually feel pain in the bones?! I complained of a deep pain in my legs, feeling like my bones were going to explode, and asked if this was related to my bone density level being a bit low (proven with a dexa scan). They said unless I fractured something it’s not actually a pain in the bones, it’s only muscular. And that conditions like osteopenia and osteoporosis do not feel painful except in the joints and surrounding muscles. True?
I have (UC) inflammatory arthritis and popped a few (5) vitd3 (635% RDA each) and it was like a miracle drug. All my little aches and pains seemed to almost instantaneously disappear. It was amazing. I’m a physician and I realize Vitaminosis can occur with the fat soluble vitamins, but it really was an invigorating night and day difference. Now I can just take normal doses and get labs checked periodically.

Isn't it amazing that adolescent's have many of these symptoms once they start middle school and recess is eliminated, they play less outside after school opting for internet time, then comes all the cavities in the teeth etc...
Because they’re fed a 90% sugar diet, as well.
I'll bet your mom told you to go outside and play in the sunshine. Mom knew it was good for you and she probably didn't even have a medical degree.
When C19 hit, we were told to stay indoors, the exact opposite of what should've been recommended. Then we were told to take the "safe and effective" jab, which is anything BUT safe and effective. Why? Because big pharma cannot make a profit on sunlight. Do not trust big pharma, mainstream medicine, MSM.
You forgot to add that you need D3 with K2. It will push the cacium back into your bones.
I did not know that.

I have a vitamin D, on 231 !. And in my country Denmark, a normal level, is considered to be, between 50-160 !.
My own personal view on D vitamin D is….take all you need, as long as you dont feel worse by taking it !
I was very fatigued. . Told the doctor I love sleep. She checked it. I started taking d3 and Cod liver oil capsules.

And also keep away from The suntan lotion..
Apparently there are more skin cancer cases than ever, despite (or because of?) the prolific use of sunscreen. Makes you wonder...
I recently looked into the common ingredients of sunscreen lotion. Its a house of horrors list of toxic chemicals - blocking vitamin D is the least if it!!

Thank you sir great information, 👍
I’m a redhead. We are well known for burning. Also my lineage runs heavy with melanoma. I gotta go for the supplement. 💊
I've heard the carnivore diet with organ meats included can allow even the most sensitive to get plenty of sun without burning!
@@ianstuart5660 I’m a fan of the carnivore diet, and have even moved to ketovore this month! But this claim sounds like bunk to me. I haven’t heard it from a reliable source, much less any research on it.
@Fiery154 Could be bunk but who knows. I was only repeating some anecdotal evidence I've heard!
Thank you dr Berry for your valuable information! I heard something very interesting on a talk with Dr Paul Mason , he says the best time to be in the sun is when the shadow you cast is about the same length as you are tall, at that time a half an hour is ample exposure ...
Totally accurate, we do have to be careful here in Queensland, Australia though.
Thanks Doc.
Super advice Thanks 👍

Just what I needed to hear thank you
Hello Doctor:
What is the best D3 supplement brand you would recommend?
Thank you I NEEDED to hear this do I have to take anything else to make sure my body absorbs the vitaminD3???
Ah, man! The pain is SO real and bad! I also have a permanent spinal fracture with no idea how I fractured it - so this makes sense to me. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and it sounds like Vit D us super important to us because our bodies cannot heal well already.
Thank you for this video.
Thank You 😊 You just described me. I am taking D3 with K but I don’t notice any difference.
Not enough....look up Dr. Berg for details
Double up or triple
Thank you Doc!!🥰
You just described MDS !
Thank you, Dr. Berry.
Great information on the need for vitamin D3. 👍
If you're on a GOOD diet you need less than the RDA .
My mood has improved amazingly since just starting some D3 supplementation ....it's so amazingly satisfying
Exactly
Thanks Berry...from VA. USA
Thank Dr. Berry.
Wonderful!! I feel like death. Everyone of these list just check every box.
Good advice!
Will it help with my ED ?
Possibly, if have low testosterone caused by vitamin D deficiency
Vitamin D goes together with magnesium as magnesium activates vitamin D
I started getting symptoms of seronegative arthritis back in December. I started taking vitamin D3 since it was indicated that I was deficient. It's made so much difference that my pain went away, my mood and libido improved. I'm still very tired but I'll get there.

My doctor prescribed 100 iu of vitamin D2 per week. I also have hypothyroidism and hyper parathyroidism. Plus psoriatic arthritis. I have had fatigue since high school and I’m 67. What can I do? I’m gaining weight due to a constant lack of energy and aches and pains.
Doctor, if a person is vitamin d deficient then can he/she regain the vitamin d levels from sunlight alone
Thank you, makes sense! What coral calcium
brand do you recommend and although you state it is preferred, what brand of supplements do you find best?
I have a severe vitamin D deficiency and they put me on 50,000 IU weekly of vitamin D2, so should i be taking D3 instead??
Yes. If you take lots of D2 you might get kidney stones.( they prescribe the D2) i took it too ☹️
Mines came back extremly low from years of no milk( milk allergies) also was prescribed supplements......I've had 3 fractures so hes telling the truth......
What is the dosage you recommend?
@carolhahaha543 Ok, thank you for your very helpful reply!
You can't get your levels of Vit. D up that fast- If you research it, it takes months & months, if your deficient.
I have almost all these symptoms including breaking a bone and they put me on high D2 not D3. I’m asking about this on Friday when I go in.
Love the BCG Doc😀
I always wondered what it means if you don't ever show visible bruising at all? I used to bruise when I was a kid, but I can have hit or hit something pretty hard in just about any area that you would normally bruise and it will become swollen and tender but I don't remember having an actual visible bruise in the past 10 years.
This is so true.
how about you make a video on how much vitamin D should we take in each case?

I eat cod liver in a tin , 120 grams . It comes with cod liver oil , is not rancid . It’s made in Island , has lots of Vit D . This is crazy man.. I fractured my rib from twisting my body working under a car dash like 9 months ago and it shouldn't have happened.. I work inside all day almost every day, I have the fatigue. I told my primary doctor, they did blood work and saw nothing wrong. They didn't even test my vitamin D levels. Just last week I requested it be done and they go oh yeah we can add that. I'm at 28, which seems low, who knows what I was at when I fractured the rib. Just blows my mind how many in the medical field I've come across and none said to check my vitamin D levels. One said go to a bone density doctor. I'm gonna have to get another pcp.
