    My laptop charger disconnecting and connecting again for 2-3 times , and Asus system diagnosis sometimes say that i have problem with adaptor and sometimes say adaptor is fine , i don't know what is the actual problem, because my laptop is charging perfectly with the charger but it connect and disconnect for 20-30 second and then work perfectly

      @@asus_support but charging disconnect and reconnect only happens in once in 2-3 days , and all time it works perfectly, and My Asus Diagnostic test also saying that there is so much cpu and Ram usages, please restart your computer, but when I check my cpu and Ram usages with task manager it's just 10% -20% percent of cpu usage and 50-60% of ram usgage
      My Asus app diagnostic test also saying that reboot may be slow because I have so much task in task scheduler but I factory reseted my laptop just before running Diagnosis test , their is fresh windows installation so how could cpu and Ram usages be high and how could task scheduler can slow my laptop
      I think something is wrong with My Asus App, and this problem just started when I updated My Asus App

    You can't update the bios if the battery is flat, even when its is plugged in

    My ASUS VIVOBOOK 15 125000H laptop battery is not charging . i have charged for hours still it showing 0% charging when i removed the charger it is automatically shutdowns . i have performed system diagnosis it comfirms there is battery problem . i bought this laptop just 4 months ago..PROVIDE SOLUTION

    Sir, i have an ASUS tuf f17 FX706HF model laptop which i bought 10 months ago. Today while using it, some kind of plastic burning smell was coming out of my laptop, i could not say what ia the problem, do you know what the problem might be?

    Hi
    we have 2 pcs, TUF FX504 and X540JL, we are forced to use the 2 ps without their integrated batteries because of the black screen for the first and battery does not charge for the second. We tried all solutions without success.

    Few days ago i plugged my Vivobook 12500H
    In charging it's fully charged and in evining battery drain and again i plugged in its not support afrer try full day its not use
    I shift to Kali Linux (OS) just few months ago and this things happen to me 😢😢 and it's under warranty what i do

    My ROG Z Flow13 will be charged until 24% then come down again and stays at 21%. And when I unplugged it will shutdown immediately. Please reply. Thanks.

      I already found out that this issue is always the problem on this type of device. Many people with the same problem as mine and the service center never repaired and cannot repair this problem. I will never buy Asus device again.

    I have asus laptop f15 tuf, whenever i starts my game.. the Power mode changea to not charging and then again plugged in, it repeates for some min and then my laptop get power off automatically.note: it only does whenever i start game

    My Rog Ally actually broke, after the BIOS update it stopped turning on, only the Asus screen appears and then the black screen flashes twice and the BIOS doesn't open either, we've even tried to insert it back into the chip, without success, I believe something burned on the motherboard.
    CHALLENGE AND REWARD, whoever comes up with the solution to this problem, if I can't solve it, I bought the most expensive paperweight of my life.

    I have an rog zephyrus m16 Mine is at 17% when I unplug it shuts down immediately, also the charging indicator (light) isn't turning on. But when plugged and turned on it shows the charging symbol on screen but the percentage doesn't increase. I paid so much for this laptop it hasn't even been a year since I bought it 😭

    A mi me pasa que mi laptop a veces la dejo encendida pero cerrada como en modo reposo y cuando vuelvo a abrirla después de un dia no quiero encender aunque la conecte y parpadea el botón de fn.
