I just ran for 1 hour and 25 minutes today!! 7.1 miles! 836 calories! I’ve never done that before. I feel amazing! Thanks Rachel and IBX fam!!!!

I was snowed in, so I couldn’t leave to go to the gym. Good thing I have my treadmill in my freezing cold garage in this 4° weather. 😂 3.26miles

Oh my lord, I was not expecting to run the entire time. Had to walk for a few. Thought the 90-60-30 was walking with incline 😅.

1st block was 4.5 6.0 7.0 with a 2% as my "flat road second block i did th same with 8.0 sprint 3.6 miles now doing a 45 min pilates barre class

What a wah to finish my goals for the week! That was surprisingly difficult 😅 6 runs in a row this week. I'm so proud of myself!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Had to dig deep at the end for that one! So good tho, glad I didn’t decrease my mph and got it done 👊🏼
