- Thornhill Broome Campground can be booked on Reserve California. Look for Point Mugu and select Thornhill Broome. Even though it is right next to Highway 1, the traffic noise is not loud. We slept well since we didn’t hear anything once inside our van. Campers have access to Sycamore Campground 1 mile down the road where there are flush toilets, hot showers and dump station. Hiking at Sycamore campground is amazing. 🤗

@@BamBamRVAdventures yes we live in Dublin. We love to travel over to the wild Atlantic way which is on the west coast, it’s 2,500km coastline about 4 hours from home. It’s possible to wild camp and there’s a lot to see & do. We will be traveling to California next Feb to visit Yosemite and then to Las Vegas to see U2 but no camping for us on that trip ;-)

Hey, that looked like a lot of fun! we have thought about trying out Thornhill Broome (dad lives close by), but were afraid our travel trailer might be too long. Thanks for showing us around! Question - the hike you did - did that start from the Sycamore Canyon campground area ? We hiked from there a few years ago and it looks quite familiar. Beautiful place - we were there in spring but fall looks fantastic as well. We have a video in the queue for a bit north of there - Emma Wood state beach which is also nice if you get that way again. Great job as always :)
Thank you for watching Bob and Dang. The max length for trailer including truck is 31’ so we only see small to medium trailers up to small class A. The trail does start from Sycamore campground. We haven’t camp at Emma Wood yet since it is hard to book for the weekend but will try if we find availability last minutes.
ive camped here since 90s surf fishing with my dad......after social media this place is always booked year around now.....lol

I bought the table cloth at TJMax. I forgot what size but I remember I got the largest rectangular one. I wanted to buy 2 of the same one so I can cut one into 2 pieces for the benches but there was only one. So I cut the length down and use the shorter piece to cut into 2 pieces for the bench. It works but a little short for a long table .
