I backed a Rattler already. The vehicle and figures are cool, but those patches as a tier are really lame,
Ya, tier one is a joke for sure.
I backed one too. People will hate on it but this will probably fund in another hour or so as it’s sitting at 72% funded right now as I type this.

I’m tired of the complaints. If you don’t like it don’t buy it. The reality is the people who are the loudest about their disdain or contempt for the project, honestly just can’t afford it to be completely honest. I don’t like the patches but I backed it because 98% of it is absolutely amazing. All we need next is the sky striker.
I'm not. The complaints are legit. Same with the face for Flint. And they addressed the issue and even made a new sculpt for the new figure. If people do not complain nothing changes. The patches are nice, they look great. And I like to have them if only just to display them. But they are not something I want for a Haslab Rattler Classified series. Give us another figure. Or maybe give us some kind of ground equipment, some racks for the rockets. So you can store the Rockets next to the Rattler on racking. What about some ground crew? That load up your Rattler. Be inventive with this stuff. The patches seem to me like something pushed by one of the designers that thinks this is really cool. And I get it. But at the same time I wish for something else.
I can afford dozens but I'm very conscious of the value of what I buy. The value added for the patches is pathetic and makes this a tougher pill to swallow. If the patches were another figure, it would add to the value proposition of the whole deal. More value equals more incentive equals more backers. I don't think patches will make or break anyone truly interested in purchasing the Rattler so most just quietly bite the bullet. Some of us just want value for our money and not some sad, cheap add-on no one asked for.
Mmmmmmm not really. I can swing for this but the patches are just insulting. The only thing actually keeping me from buying this outright is that massive scale. For me the rattler is the best so far, but 3 feet? Come one man. I have my own house but I also have a wife and 2 kids. Where the hell is that thing going to go?
wtf are you talking about?!? How do you know what the people complaining can afford and can’t? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever hear and makes absolutely no sense! Dude you’re not some big baller because you backed a freaking haslab project….collectors like you and your way of thinking are the reason we’re getting patchs and this is the most expensive one with the least amount of stuff 🙄 Hasbro could take a shit in a gi joe box and you would pre order 5 of them

It will be tier 2 by the end of this week and when next months paycheck hits for most people it will be going through the roof.
Remember another fact, EU pre-orders for all prior projects went through retailers. Who bumped the price of many items way beyond what it costs in the US. Now that Hasbro Pulse is active in the entire EU "I know it was for the dragonfly but only in the last few days". Now it will be backed way way faster and bigger.
I think the Rattler will go far beyond 35000 backers.

The patches are a legitimate complaint, I agree with you there! But I disagree with everyone talking about it being a rip-off, etc.

@@krp2nyte I am backing the Rattler, just have not yet and I also backed the Cantina and I am upset we didn't get the Wolfman especially since we were so close (same with the ketchup and mustard grounds crew for the skystriker). One thing I would like to know is it backers Haslab is or units backed- if for every 10 backers there is someone who buys 2 that's an extra 1,000 units for every 10,000 sold and would have put us past the last tier threshold on each of those campaigns
I am backing, but the Haslab crowd funding model is really flawed (we have missed several final teirs including the wolfman from the cantina and ketchup and mustard from the skystriker). Some of the complaints are really legit: the patches are really dumb for a teir, maybe if the patches where a bonus if we reached 9,000 backers in 24 or 48 hours I would say great but not as a first teir that should have been the gunner, then Baroness in her flight suit then a cobra grounds crew member and some sort of bonus teir of a towable missile/bomb rack for storing another set of Cluster bombs and air-to-air missiles.
The patches shouldn't have been a tier at all. Include patches with the base product. 11K to fund, 14K for gunner, 18K for Baroness, and 22K for an unannounced tier. This whole stupid issue could have been avoided.

Anyone refusing to back the project over a few cheap patches has problems. Fund it, then complain... otherwise no one cares about how $10 worth of iron on fluff items ruined their dream toy.
