Just found your channel and I am busy watching all your episodes. Absolutely love the way you explain everything. Helps beginners like me so thank you. I have subscribed and thank you again
You hae no idea how happy that makes me. Thank you so much! Let me know if there is anything specific you are wondering about, a future video you would like me to make and I would be happy to do so. Zimbabwe looks very beautiful ;)
@@persvanstrom thanks so much mate and great to “meet” you. Busy changing all my camera settings to your settings so hopefully they work 😂😂 Zimbabwe is beautiful and I can’t wait to go back there next month. Thank you again
Great high Iso performance, the high amount of pics per second, the flipscreen. The amazing autofocus. Only disadvantage is the short battery life but I can still use my old 5DIII batteries.@@persvanstrom
Thank you very much, especialy for the last part (firmwire). My battery is charging at the moment, and I will go to download the last firmware right away. Can't wait for the next step !!!! thank you so much for all the tips, really appreciated, especialy when it is the first time you upgrade to that type of camera like I do.
Enjoying the channel. Have you done anything on FTP for live events? And tethering? I find that a device called a Camranger and and IPad works quite well but it’s not tethering into Lightroom. I only have one laptop and don’t want to take it on location
@@persvanstrom It is wireless - no orange cable to trip over - and allows control of camera settings. Good range; I use it on portrait shoots where the client and myself need a quick review of shots. Disadvantage for fine control is that is not tethered into Lightroom or Capture One. I have the original Camranger; there is a new version Camranger 2 which is smaller.
Great video! I just got this camera and your channel has been very helpful- when I review a photo though, the highlight areas start blinking black, goign back to normal, then back to black, do you know what this might be and how to turn it off?
Thank you, glad to hear, and grz on your transformation :) The blinking is your hightlight alert. Very helpful not to clip highlight (more than white). If it is blinking it is an indication you over exposed your photo. If you want to control if the warning is on or not, it is in meny 3 (blue) tab 5 and the setting Highlight alert - enable or disable. I keep mine on.
You have mentioned to charge baterries to full,to me it is obvious, but the manuał says to charge the batteries only up to 50%It is probably my misunderstanding😊

I hope it will bring you joy and lit photos :) The recall function has saved me a few times tbh :)
@@persvanstrom thank you
Wonderful content. Keep sharing more 👍
Thank you very much for your kind and supportive comment 🙏❤️
Great channel very helpful explanation of this camera, thank you.
My pleasure! Just let me know if there is anything you want me to cover in a future video :)
This was helpful! All of you’re videos on the r6 have been helpful. I’d really like to see what settings you prefer for recording video to the atomos.
One Atomos, one Feelworld, one full rig and one DaVinci on the way.
Also a series about making videos.
I got it a year ago with a big discount and a free batterygrip because the R6 mark II was released the same week. I love it !
Yey 👍 Glad to hear. What’s your favorite thing about it?

Great list, thx for sharing m8.
Kul att se dig efter många år 😀 Ha en fortsatt fin sommar där nere i götet.
Very nicely explained Thank you
Thank you very much for saying that 🙏🧡

Did it work? I even have a small, 16gb, red memory card for my cameras, only dedicated to firmware, luts etc. Makes it easier to upgrade imho.
What is the brand of your fav. camera cage ? I thank-you
In all into 8sinn. Eu based and amazing quality

Thank you very much for your kind words, and to answer your question. No not yet 😉 but it’s on my todo list.
What is best with Camranger?

So Camranger to Ipad or phone basically? Why not just use the Canon App?

Good helpful Video, but can not find part 2
Just released it
Hi! In users guide there is an information to charge the batteries to 50%.Now I am little confused..😊
Is it the part about storing batteries in a discharged way (50%) to increase longevity? Or how did I confuse you? 😊
