This father was the mother of his 5-year old child. Keeping his kid on his lap he slept in the bathroom, ate in church. He knocked door to door to earn some money for two square meals and so forth... Nonetheless, he didn't stop preparing himself for becoming today's one of the most powerful catalysts. Hail Chris! you are awesome. The sentence I always remember from you is "Don't say anyone that you can't."

I had the marvelous opportunity to hear Chris Gardner in person at The Ohio State University a few years ago. He was just as great in person as he is on this video. I wish I could talk to him for 20 minutes. What a wonderful man! What a exemplary father!!!!! He is such an inspiration to everyone!!! You CAN do what ever you set out to do and Chris proves that!!! Thank you for posting this and thank you, Chris for your dedication and persistence. Loved the movie too!

It's funny how universities like to promote successful people that either A. never been to college or B. Went there and dropped out. That's like marketing the competition's product.
