Rachel's point about "slicing the grape" is right. Grapes ARE a choking hazard for children, so it's good to peel and slice them (bcs even the skin can get stuck in the children's throat). A local doctor in my country tweeted recently how her patient lost her 2nd child after choking on grapes after eating one whole. It was a sad story especially how we adults don't see it as dangerous but kids could be vulnerable to it 😢
For anyone making dalgona coffee who cannot have sugar, you can use equal parts of instant coffee and hot water then add sweetener after the beating is done. It works great. I do it all the time. Happy New Year everyone!
Its actually a very popular drink that we do in Cyprus called frappe. Basically equal small amounts of instant coffee and water, beat it and add some water/milk and ice cubes on top!

My favorite mug cake is 3-2-1 cake I found on Pinterest. Mix 2 boxes of cake mix, 1 must be Angel Food cake and the other can be whatever. I mix these together and keep it in a sealed container. 3 TBSP mix, 2 TBSP water, 1 minute in the microwave. I add a little frosting on top after it cooks.
Ooo, if you skip dipping both sides of the bread in egg...butter the sides that face up. Cook the same. It would totally have the grilled cheese, crispy effect you’re looking for! Also, thanks for the content...definitely trying these out myself. ☺️
@@reesechin4248 it is! Just do the same recipe as normal just add like 1 more tablespoon hot water and half the cocoa, so 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder if your using 3 tablespoons coffee. You can adjust to taste, but it gets a little bitter if you put the equal amount in

I've successfully made the egg sandwich with 2 eggs multiple times. Just added a bit of milk when scrambling them. Also, when I flip the whole thingy, I use 2 flat spatulas so it always comes out intact. Cheese is a must btw, it's the "glue" that keeps everything together.

We make the breakfast sandwich regularly! But instead of double dipping it in the egg, I use mayo on the top sides so that it crisps up better when it gets flipped over (like a grilled cheese). I also fill it with cheese and ham. SOOOOO good!
You can get citric acid as a powder. It's safe to eat (it's sold here as pantry-stable acid for fruitsalads) and it gives you that.. sugary-coating. I use it exclusively for grapes! Also I freeze mine.

Random hack for Francesca...When you’re ready to be done mixing, if you leave her on low and begin to lift it up past what your mixing before you turn her off, it’ll whisk off all the excess stuff into your bowl. Makes for an easier clean up and you don’t lose as much. 😊 Hopefully that made sense? Not sure how to word it but that hack has made my mixing life with baking sooo much easier.

For the Dalgona, I’ve done 1-2-2 ratio with 1 being the sugar (tho the sugar doesn’t really affect the froth, it’s just because I don’t like sugary coffe) and it keeps really good in a pastry bag, and actually, storing it in a pastry bag makes it easier to serve and keep it stored.

I frequently use oreo crumb for cheesecake or dessert toppings, so i keep a bag of crushed cookies and frozen stacks of cream around. Just scoop out what you need, after a month, use the rest of the cookies in a pie crust and start a fresh bag.

2020 was like 5 bad years in one. It WAS a good learning experience. I always put chutney (Chris, you did it with onions! Yay!) and crunchy veggies or a thin slice of iceberg lettuce in between.
I've been making the French toast sandwich thing for a while. I saw a street food vendor do it. I usually add cheese to one side and ham or something that would go in an omelet on the other before I fold the bread to make the sandwich. I also then let it grill a little on each side. Also when flipping I go long way where the spatula is supporting both pieces of bread when I flip it. It works better for me and it doesn't fall apart. It also retains the roundness of the egg (egg wings?) on the sides so it's easier to fold in before adding the cheese, ham, or whatever and you fold the two pieces of bread together.
I loooved the jalapeños and takis with cream cheese. The dunkaroo dip was okay. I tried the sprite pie, and the hot chocolate pie. I definitely preferred the hot chocolate pie. The sprite pie tasted like a custard. I tried different restaurants in my area that I heard about on tik tok.

Ohhh yes I love the Oreo mug cakes. I recommend saving the frosting from the Oreo and putting it on after! It’s not a soft frosting....but it does the job

The key is to use smaller pieces of bread and leave about an inch between the bottom of the pieces (where you fold) so that you can stick in lettuce, bacon, cheese, and avocado. IT IS SO GOOD!! (Granted I have to eat gluten free bread so my slices are tiny compared to normal bread so I have it easier in that regard lol.)

I make the 3 egg sandwich with two kinds of cheese and Bacon. Some times its just cheese sautéed mushrooms and onions. My husband Loves them.

You can make the coffee for winter too not only sumeme instead of cold milk and ice use warm milk and add the coffee perfection and there you go..
