Brad, this was so cool! Thank you so much for taking the time to do it! If you get a chance, try Snare Mic 2-3 fingers above the rim, pointing directly across (not at) the head of the snare drum. It will improve both the kick and hat bleed even more. Thanks again!!

Thank you for checking out the video and for making such a great mic! Also for the suggestion, I will most definitely try pointing the mic across the snare. Looking forward to hearing the results! :)

I could really tell the difference and added snare sizzle with the snare bottom setting. Very cool. Great sounding track too!

Thanks, Clint!! I agree with you about the added sizzle! On the Lauten Audio website they say it let's you hear the bottom snares through the top head, x-ray sound. It's pretty cool!

Love my SnareMic. Just got 3 of the tom mics this week. Hoping to get them tried out later this week.

Awesome! I'm glad I went with the Snare Mic. It's great having all kinds of options built in, it's built like a tank, and it looks cool! Let me know how you like the Tom mics if you end up picking them up. :)

Great review! What is your favourite setting or does it depend on the song?

Thanks, Thomas!! I really like them all but I do end up using High Impact and Bottom Snare more than the other settings.
