- The plaintiff says she rented an apartment from the defendant, who turned out to be a meddler. She’s suing for a security deposit. The defendant says the neighbors complained that they could hear her having sex. She claims the plaintiff damaged the apartment and failed to pay rent.

In my last apt a lady moved in with her boyfriend, her daughter, the daughter's boyfriend, their toddler and the niece. None of them worked and all night somebody was having loud, animalistic sounding sex. My final straw was when I started sleeping on my sofa and the niece started having sex with her boyfriend. I had to work in the morning and couldn't sleep. One night my 4year old asked me "mommy what are they doing?" I told him they were exercising. I bought a house and moved out. The day I moved the niece was at the window and said "I'm glad she's moving. She gets on my nerves." The following month the landlord kicked them out for non-pymt of the rent. I hope I never have to live in an apt again. I love my single home.

I knocked on their door and told them the walls there were really thin and explained that I had to get up at 6 a.m. and asked them if they could please quiet it down. The boyfriend apologized. The landlord had told me before they moved in that it was a school teacher and her daughter. My days off were Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our apts were built like a motel. U pulled your car right up to the door. They never had a car. Nobody worked. I lived there for 5 years. Although I could hear the people next to me they didn't sound like animals. When my boyfriend and I had sex I used to tell him to quiet it down because I had a problem with a stalker from a previous apartment in another city. I wouldn't even have wanted my mom to hear me and anybody having sex. When you're grown and wanna do grown things get your own spot. They were just trifling. Wait, were you living there?
