- The plaintiff says he moved in with the defendant two weeks after they began dating, and she even changed her last name to his on social media. He says he moved out after three months, but he’s suing for unreturned property and an illegal eviction. The defendant insists her ex moved in after two months but then kicked her door in. She’s countersuing for two unpaid loans, damaged property, and emotional distress.

In most states, after 30 days a person is no longer classified as a guest but an occupant, a resident. You have to give at least a 30 day notice to evict them.

Maybe that's the reason the judge didn't order him to pay for it. Because the truth would have sounded like this: "I got tired of his non-working black ass leaving here at 5pm every day and coming in 8, 9, and 11 a.m in the morning and I gotta get my ass up to take the chain off the door and let him in. That particularly morning, I decided to leave his black ass out there - and WOULDNT GET UP to OPEN THE DOOR and TAKE THE CHAIN OFF! He got mad and decided he was going to KICK THE DOOR IN AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE DID!! HE CUSS ME OUT FOR NOT OPENING THE DOOR AND I SWORE I NEVER HEARD HIM KNOCKING I WAS IN SUCH A DEEP SLEEP. HE APOLOGIZED FOR HIS ANGER AND SAID HE THOUGHT I HAD A MAN IN THE BED WITH ME. HAD I EVICTED HIM ALL HIS THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR!! YES, I WAS HURT AND YES I CURSED HIM OUT AND THREATENED NOT TO GIVE HIM HIS BELONGINGS. BUT WHEN HE CAME TO MY HOUSE WITH THE COPS THE FIRST TIME, I DECIDED HE "AIN'T WORTH IT" AND HE'S NOT. HE GOT NOTHING I NEED NO WAY.
