Fantastic. I have to paint my '29 coupe and this gives me ideas of how to go about it. I love the "stop frame" shots of lug nuts. Get that creativity where you can
Thank you very much! We are trying to do what we can to improve as well. It's hard balancing work, life, shop time and editing time, but we are really enjoying it so that helps!
I've got a 71 Pontiac ventura that I bought from a junkyard for$200. I'm slowly working on it. Like you i dont have a lot of money. I've got the front disks off of a 71 elcamino I am planning on putting on. Love you're videos
@@RustedRides I've had mine since 2021. It was a Fordor Town Sedan. However the body is mostly a wood frame with sheet metal nailed to it unlike the coupe you worked on. So, I scrapped the body from behind the cowl and am currently doing a Huckster Woody Build.
@@kensmithgallery4432 That sounds awesome! It also sounds like a lot of work haha, but that really is half the fun. I might even like building/fixing more than driving...maybe
Thank you very much! My wife and I got to spend some time in the UK last spring. Had a great time! Glad you like the content, thanks for the comment and the sub!
Awesome project.! Well done guys. I wish you every success with your RUclips channel. I will definitely continue following you and look forward to watching, and catching up with your future work and videos. Al Copone - Pimp my ride.! Lol.. Best wishes Damian Gray
You are right, black always looks good and even cars that are not interesting or exciting can look better in black. And as far as wheels, you are not wrong, especially since this Model A was kept with more of an original look. These wheels would suit a Model A that had a chop and a hot rod paint color. Thanks for watching and for the comment!
Every time I drive to work, or drive to my parents house, I drive past a place that has an early 70s red firebird sitting on the property. Doesn't look bad from a far, but it's been there a long time and I don't know what the owner has planned for it. I might have to pop in sometime and find out 🤞
Wetting the floor can sometimes mess up the humidity in the shop since we also have the furnace going good too. So that moisture and the heat means the humidity can get a little weird with the paint. And yes a buff and posish will get rid of dust nibs and smooth things out more. But paint needs to be a little more cured first.
The wheel gap, ya not sure what the original wheel gap is supposed to be. Our buddy Lee who owns the car bought it from a guy who pulled it out of a river! Haha this thing is lucky to be alive!
@@RustedRides Well thanks I like the show because I also have an A coupe 30 their the best, it’s my cup of tea, and well I’m thinking of painting it a yellow, I can see it in yellow, still rust removing and panel beating.
Silver and burgundy two-tone would look fantastic on that ride.

Ah thank you! That took a lot of work haha. Best of luck with the '29!

Thank you very much! A ventura is cool! Everything takes time but it's rewarding seeing the progress. The first car show always feels good!
Great job guys! I feel your pain as I am doing my Model A too. A lot of work but rewarding when done! Subscribed!
Hey, Thanks for the sub and the comment! It definitely is rewarding seeing it come back together. How long have you had your Model A for?

Thank you very much. This one was a time consuming one. It's different working on older cars like these
Awesome video!
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it!
🤟🏻🇨🇦👍🏻. NB Canada here brother
Ahh hey! Thanks for stopping by! Glad you found our channel.🇨🇦
8 weeks, not bad , at least it wasn’t 8 years😮,👍🇨🇦
Fellow Canadian! That's very true. I have had a car take me years in the past. Very different build though.
I’m agreeing blue! One of the later shots actually looked blue.
Ya I changed a setting on the camera by accident and had to try and fix it when editing. The video color got a little off at times lol
I see from the plates, you guys are in Ontario. Where about are you located?
Yep! In Uxbridge, about an hour from Toronto. You?
@@RustedRides Just outside Windsor. Thanks for the reply!
Any colour you want as long as it's black.
Haha yep! The options for black were endless
Black cherry 🍒
Love black cherry!
'69' Charger will be great. Then maybe an early 70s Firebird

Make the floor wet when you paint. And why dont you Buff and polish against dust ?

@@RustedRides ok. I am not a painter but a detailer.
And with the humidity is something new to me but thanks for explain.
Change wheels too small, too big distance to the fenders

Gotta be Black
Yellow
