Hi Susannah, thanks for the inspiration, I just made 3 perfect soft boiled eggs using the pressure cook 0 minutes method. Plunging them in a bowl of cold water immediately after the pressure has released stops them cooking in their residual heat and results in lovely soft yolks. For the nerdy types out there (like me lol), while holding the egg tightly in a towel so you don't burn yourself you can gently push a meat thermometer into the wider end of the egg, if it's 65c it will be soft and you can plunge it in cold water to stop the cooking - or leave it a little longer for a firmer egg. If the eggs need warming up ready for the toast I remove the shells and pop them in a bowl of boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Thanks again. I've just discovered your channel and I can see you have many Ninja Foodi 15-in-1 ideas that I'm excited to try! :)
I love your tips with eggs. Really helpful for everyone. If you haven't already feel free to join my Facebook group and share any of your tips/recipes etc. Thanks for watching and commenting
I just made the most PERFECT soft boiled egg in my Ninja Foodi! Thanks for the inspiration; I've been meaning to try this for a long time! ZERO minutes with a JUMBO, cold from the fridge egg with a quick release was absolutely perfect. I took some photos but you can't upload them to comments so you'll just have to trust me and try it. All PCs are different but this worked for me in my 8 qt, 5400 series machine. 😋
You gals with your nails make peeling eggs look easy lol. Best way i find is in my standard air fryer, not my ninja. 120 15 mins for hard, id say 12/13 for the perfect soft.
@@susannahskitchen they are just handy for the simple things, i would recommend a make called Cosori, or a ninja dual tray, Ninja is more expensive but as we know quality.
Hi. For the pressure cooked eggs couldn’t you cook on low, then add some minutes if you wanted some wiggle room and obviously for the air fried you could just reduce the time for a softer egg. Love your channel. Nice clear voice with good audio. We’ll positioned camera work. Clear concise instructions and ingredients that actually exist on both sides of the pond. (Summer in England with my 15 in 1 and winter in Florida with my 14 in 1) both have a probe but different menu options. One issue that I might point out to you is that if you get to the point of trying to convert a recipe that you find online, be aware that UK pints are different to US pints. The same goes for cups and spoon based measurements. Grams and mls are universal worldwide so if you stick with those you can have a worldwide audience as you grow your channel. Keep up the good work. 😊😊

Thank you! I'm definitely using this for Korean marinated eggs! Awesome.
Well done and easy instructions.
Maybe try the "low" pressure on nonja? And for the airfry I believe 7-8 mins is enough and gives runny yolk
susanne did you start off with hot or cold water in the pressure one,, good comparison
Hi, It was cold water
Perfect soft boiled eggs. Pressure high, quick release, timer set to 0 Total time from cold water 9m 53s.
When you take it out put it in ice bath for a minute to cool it quickly. More runny yolk yum.
is there a method for poached eggs in the ninja ????
Hi, I have made them before like this...

🤣 oh really… that’s interesting that they are better in a standard air fryer… I need one of those then!!
