Quick Residential Irrigation Leak Detection

On this irrigation leak detection job we took on, we saw once again that it is all about isolation. We isolated the house from the main and noticed the meter was still running. We proceeded to shut off the irrigation and that's when the meter stopped confirming that the leak is on the irrigation side. We walked the perimeter of the house while looking and listening to everything from stub ups, hose bibs, valves, and other elements to inspect. There were 5 different irrigation zones that we inspected thoroughly. We found the leak and heard it without having to put the irrigation lines under pressure. We then moved to the repair work and kept the whole job in-house!
