i do online homeschool and instead of watching the lesson i watch your video and guitar lessons on the road to being the best player ever. thanks ola :D
I wish people would stop hating on Pantera and Dime like, “oh dimes tone sucks” and “Pantera is just too commercialized” or “Dimebag can’t play leads all he does is play melodically” Which is all 10000000000001% wrong
Ola is always an inspiration. The guy pours all his positive energy into entertaining us and haters are always gonna hate. I can tell he gets discouraged sometimes, but I'm here to reiterate that his channel is by far my favorite. Thanks for the good feels man. Also, your album kicks ass! 🤘
I love how Ola just starts the video with a Pantera riff out of the start. Can’t believe people can get tired and bored of Dimebag/Pantera. There’s no such thing as too much Pantera and Dimebag. There isn’t enough. Those people don’t deserve Ola’s content dude.
It's ok man...none of us are as good as dime either...we've accepted it.. Yknow like in the not bitter way. Like skateboarding..I can't anymore cuz old and fat..but I'm not bitter I don't tell at kids that can
Hi Ola, I just wanted to say thanks for the informative and positive content you put out over the years; from informing my decision to get an Engl Invader 2, to be able to help mentor a friend of mine with some of your gear reviews, hes been so excited, and I've even got him thinking about getting his first Solar guitar when he feels he has outgrown his starter guitar. Please keep up the Dimebag content. Love from England
There can never be too much Dimebag/Pantera. I can´t even think of a bad song from them (post glam) to be honest. I´ve listened to them since CHF and I´ve never been disappointed. From the first song on CHF to the last on RTS. And regarding the tattoos I have to agree, I´ve also only got "skulls and sh*t" - because metal 🔥🤘
You are a pro with your own music, but you are still allowed to be a fan. Keep hitting us with those Dime riffs because you play them so well. All hail Ola the Swede!
Pantera is my all time favorite. Dimebag has always been like a guitar god for me. I have yet to understand why no one really talks about the main riff for the song becoming. It's really fun to play
There’s no such thing as too many Dimebag videos! I subscribed because I like most of what you choose to do. Ola being himself is an awesome thing! Your videos are educational, unique & hilarious all at once. I’ve learned a ton from you, thank you so much!
We have the exact same DOB. You just became the coolest thing about staring down the barrel of turning 40. I mean that, and the loving family and wisdom that comes with age and whatnot. Only it's dawning on me now that we've had the exact same amount of time on this space rock, and yet . . .
I love how he is unapologetically himself. He's a positive, funny dude that makes entertaining content. I hope he NEVER stops playing Pantera, talking about Dime, or doing whatever the hell he wants to do because some miserable person wants him to.
Thanks for answering my question, very interesting to hear your take. Super-happy for you that you're planning on a real vacation. I bet your content will become better from it too, since you can come back rested and inspired again :)
I am pretty sure I am not the only one that replayed the section of down versus alternate picking a number of times. I could listen to that wonderful chug time and time again - gives my soul a definite boost! Rock on!
Great video! I always enjoy the honesty in your responses and how casual the mood is during the FAQ videos. I hate that sometimes people want to come down on you because of a particular topic you may enjoy covering. It is your channel after all. They should realise that and move on without being rude.
Skulls n sh*t, LMFAO! From a 60 y/o lifelong guitarist from the Jeff Beck Wired/ BbyB camp, I LOVE YOU, OLA and thanks for jumpstarting - correction: re-igniting - my passion for our shared instrument! Stay casual; it becomes you.👍🏼❤️🤘🏻😎
Hey Ola I love ur content especially because u play a lot of pantera cause pantera is a beast of band and can never be matched. Ur one of the few youtubers which really try sharing knowledge on pantera and that era of music. Keep rocking 🤘🏽
Ola, brosjan, please playa pantera riff every fucking video ok? I can NOT get enough of seeing your ultimate-fan-boy ass rock it out, it fuels my own playing and creativity!
the world would be a better place with more dimebag, and Ola chugging. I think many youtube channels are lacking this content. maybe its just they're talent level.
I first heard and learned of Jantelagen from one of your older videos, and instantly identified with it as an ethos and outlook on life, and a way to behave /present oneself. It's something I strive to achieve daily now. So thank you, Ola
Dude. Holy shit. I've never paid attention to your picking pattern, but I'd honestly say you are the James hetfield of alternate picking. I've never noticed, but you are a God damn beast at alternate picking. It's almost as tight as hetfields down picking. That's crazy
Now that faq.. that's what it's all about... guitar, burps, advice, some silliness and made me laugh.. and appreciate your chanell... great work ola.. cheers mate
That's the best response to a Pantera complainer I've ever seen and will ever see. And the perfect example to the previous question on "how to deal with assholes": play the riff they hate in their faces
10 years? Holy s*** I didn't think that much time went by I guess it has I think I started watching around 2011 or 2012 something like that. Getting old sucks kids! Lots of time flies by and you don't even realize it.
Hey Ola, I was afraid that the equality of the downstrokes and upstrokes was due to the angles of your picking technique. That's exactly what I meant, by the way: downstrokes and upstrokes sound so alike that a change from downstrokes to alternate picking is acoustically undetectable. Like many others, I hold my Plek the other way around. At first I thought it was my lack of timing that made my alternate picking sound so crappy (which was partially true). But in fact, my upstrokes sound different than my downstrokes. I'll see if I can match that at some point. Btw: One of the best and funniest FAQs, mostly because of your reactions to the PANTERA comments. Love it. But you're just telling it like it is. Keep your refreshing and honest nature.
FAQ: You celebrate your 75th birthday in good health. As far as you know, you are a spry relatively normal 75-year-old. When you celebrate your 80th bday you look and feel exactly as you did on your 75th. When you hit 90, you still look and feel 75. On your 100th bday you realize most friends are dead now but physically you are the same independent person like 25years ago. You hit age 110 with the same results. Every year, you are celebrating a new birthday without physically evolving beyond the age of 75. Doctors have no explanation. How old would you have to be before seriously believing that you are IMMORTAL!
Ola seems a bit exhausted and sort of "over" RUclips at the moment. I've never known you to take a break since I've started watching for maybe a year or so now. So by all means if a mental break is needed from the constant uploading...take it!! Then you'll be refreshed and the content will be even better. 🤘🤘
Have a great Thursday everyone, hope you enjoy my new FAQ!
All the best Ola!
Whata up man from New Zealand.. would love for you to jam an E-ii esp see what you think.

You can never have too much Dimebag, Ola! Just re-watched you getting to play the original Dean from hell!
Great way to end with Cemetery Gates. Love the end of that song with Dimebag matching Phill's screams.
I am pretty sure I am not the only one that replayed the section of down versus alternate picking a number of times. I could listen to that wonderful chug time and time again - gives my soul a definite boost! Rock on!
YAY FINALLY a return of a Dimebag guitar! this should happen more often!
Ola, I needed that man. Thanks. Not even the music chat. Just the basic chat on life and dealing with a-holes. Rock on, brother! 🤘😁🤘
Great video! I always enjoy the honesty in your responses and how casual the mood is during the FAQ videos. More Dimebag videos please. Specially about chasing the tone
Dude. Holy shit. I've never paid attention to your picking pattern, but I'd honestly say you are the James hetfield of alternate picking. I've never noticed, but you are a God damn beast at alternate picking. It's almost as tight as hetfields down picking. That's crazy

Thank you for that rhythm playing tip! Absolutely loved it as i'm not that into leads but always love the tight rhythm playing and sounds on those.
I find out Ola’s 40. Suddenly I don’t feel so bad turning 30. You don’t look a day after 28 Ola
More Pantera and Dimebag please. I love this channel. It’s the best.
You definitely deserve a vacation Ola. Rock on!
We all would be better without social media. I deleted fb 4 years ago and my mental health has improved ten fold.
I like the Dime riffs, makes me wander off, grab a guitar and bust out some myself. Keep it up.
This video made me laugh. Appreciate it. Thank you Ola!
