I recently bought original mattress but still I'm thinking about this please clarify my doubt
I’ve just got the king size and yes it’s comfortable (for now) but the side support is poor and you can feel the springs on the side. I have a feeling it will dip in no time at all. I think they’ll be a good guest room occasional mattress but they are not built to last like traditional mattresses.
How heavy are you? I’ve had mine 2 years now and can’t feel any springs. That doesn’t sound right, I’d be complaining
You may have bought their new premium mattress. I am about to buy again because I really love their premium mattress. However I noticed a difference with the premium mattress I bought last year. The premium mattress I bought last year had foams on the side with springs inside. This time it's springs all over. I then checked their other newer ranges. It seems their old premium mattress is now what they call Emma Luxe Cooling Mattress which is more expensive than the price last year. I don't know why they did that- renaming it to make it seem like they were giving a different product, and making it more expensive, what a shame.
How long does the mattress take to completely come to size, I just unboxed mine, I ordered a king and it looks like a queen

@@kirstygriffiths749 Finally they sent me a queen and I had to contact customer support to get a replacement. Annoying that I had to do that but they dealt with it quickly. Yet another mattress to break in.
I’m here trying to get answers from bids as to why mine is completely squished all around the edges after 1 week 🤦🏻♂️,looks absolutely nothing like the edges of yours in regards to plumpness
Mine was the same. I complained to Emma and they are sending a new one and picking faulty one up.
Can feet/legs be attached to the dusk bed frame?
It comes with very small stumpy screw in feet.

The premium is slightly firmer I think. My mother has the original and loves it. Happy New Year !!
@@kirstygriffiths749 Than you for quick reply. In Aus Queen size premium sale for $1450 and original for $650 . What’s your opinion? Extra $800 worth for premium compare to original? Big thank you for your help to support me to make a decision.

I’ve never received a free mattress!
All these mattresses look the same, and I'm staying well clear of them, because memory foam is terrible for heavier individuals.
Also, this mattress looks somewhat similar to the one sold by other well-known brands like Tempur and Simba.
I think I'm going for a Hypnos, Silentnight, Vispring or Demko mattress.
My silent night mattress gave me a bad back 🤦🏻♀️
Don’t blame you. I’m sending mine back. Not wasting my money on a mattress in a box again. Should have listened to my instincts.

I take your link down for your son’s mattress. I bought it through the link you posted and it arrived today and its absolutely nothing like the mattress you showed in the video.
Its all springs with the 3 layers of foam over the top. It doesn’t have the lower blue part you showed.
Its also quite soft and bouncy, nothing firm about it.
And because it a refub it doesn’t come with the money back offer. I’m super disappointed and out of pocket.
The link is to the exact mattress I’ve bought? If your saying it’s nothing like mine it sounds like you’ve been sent the incorrect mattress or the courier has delivered the wrong one? I would contact the company and get this changed.
