Congratulations!!! ❤️❤️ Thank you for everything you do for us! I just wanted to ask what flat ballet shoes you would recommend? I wear the Bloch basic canvas split soles, as I have narrow feet and feel like it really fits, and I love the drawstring. But I'm wondering if there is a type that will fit well and be comfortable, while also perhaps molding to my arches more?
Claudia is an awesome ballet instructor! I really like her advice for dancers.

These are great! I wish I knew about these when I was a ballet dancer. They are great for latin dancers, too!
If I may, if any of you are struggling with proper foot mechanics I would recommend seeing an Anatomy in Motion practitioner. They are foot mechanics and body mechanics experts and you can find one pretty much everywhere in the world. I swear by their method which got me back after a foot injury and I was inspired enough to become one myself.

So I had an operation on my foot (for bunions) in June and my releves and rises on demi pointe have become MUCH worse since. These tips have helped me so much... so thanks!

Super big congrats for getting engaged!!! That's so awesome!!! And i think this is the first time I've seen mm you in the studio and not in sneakers or pointe shoes. Personally i like the flats more than the sneakers, more ballet-ish and we can see your feet better than the black sneakers.

Could you do a video for those of us who love to dance but can not afford classes. What kinda of things should we do to keep up dancing and advancing without the help of a teacher? I’ve been doing barres and centers on RUclips, but I feel like it’s still not enough.

So excited for you =) I also have a question: What if your big toe joint is SUPER stiff... as in, sitting on my feet is next to impossible because the joint wont bend enough? I'm super frustrated with it, and don't know what to do. Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and love of dance and teaching =) best wishes

My youngest son (9yrs old) is learning ballet, (tap & modern/stage as well as gymnastics and considering acro) so could you post some more male dance tips? Or recommend someone who does. Parents don't get to see any of the lessons, closed doors with windows covered. So watching so I can see and understand what it is he's doing. And when he shows me & asks if it's right I have a clue what to say or a video to watch and see for himself.
