Great video, I am subscribing.. i having problem with dislocations of my shoulders. almost 22 times it happened while practicing. but Your video making me to practice again. Thank you so much.
Nice video! I was wondering if I would make this into a workout routine, any advice on how long/how many repetitions I should do if I spread it over three sets? I'm in pretty good shape, exercising three times a week, but most of my fitness isn't as focused on martial arts as this. I do four sets of the DAREBEE super saiyan workout once or twice a week (as a reference)

do yu practice taichi? During my wushu training i had the sam problems an my right knee became pretty week fter ll that jumping round. Tai chi with its slow stances helped me a lot in gaining back strenght on the legs.
