Nice video! I was wondering if I would make this into a workout routine, any advice on how long/how many repetitions I should do if I spread it over three sets? I'm in pretty good shape, exercising three times a week, but most of my fitness isn't as focused on martial arts as this. I do four sets of the DAREBEE super saiyan workout once or twice a week (as a reference)

Um what would you suggest for someone trying to recover from over training at work. I used to walk up to 30 miles of power lines a day.

Lee Qing do some deep squat and when it gets easy for you then try pistol squat or one leg squat but assist then slowly try to balance your body..

do yu practice taichi? During my wushu training i had the sam problems an my right knee became pretty week fter ll that jumping round. Tai chi with its slow stances helped me a lot in gaining back strenght on the legs.
