Try low tide mate, same spot. I had my 1st ray from there. I find you have a 1 hour window where they feed. Half hour before low then after the hour it just dies. Nice video pal 👍🏾
Hey buddy....keep up the quality content. I'm looking for a couple of half decent rods and have been looking at the m-sports. Ive also heard about the cracked/snapped ends. Which model am I best off getting? Is it a mk3 or mk4? Do you have the specific model numbers? Cheers.
Thanks mate, means alot! Yes, the old tips used to snap but these ones are 10x better and made to perfection. They are put now online but you have to shop around. I love the match and powers, the ultra are a tough heavy but ideal for really snaggy areas and fishing for big fish. Icon m sport xd they are called.
Unlucky Mike, i was over on the platform at colwyn bay last night,only managed one small smoothy on squid, it was a long night lol all the best for the next session pal

@thatsabite alright bo ,yeah it was OK didn't blank had a couple of dabs but it was nice to get out,,the platform was packed with knobs so I went to Prestatyn, talacre scared me the sand was way to soft kept sinking lol
@@thatsabite Ahh I see, needs a clean and lube more than likely and possibly new bearings. Might be able to pull the bearing race cover off yourself and re-lube the race.

Tough venue isn't it, sometimes it produces well. Most probably the small tide I'd say.

Fished Mostyn 5 times thislast month loads of fish rays,conger plaice even a Dover sole ,its just knowing the right spot

The Mag 4 sounds rough as hell, do they all sound like that or has she got an issue at the moment?

I find it much better putting the hooks thru my rag and up the line.
A good way of doing it, I often to that but sometimes I like a big ball of rag like this.
