Hi Mike I have been pumping lug for 20 years Usually get enough but still find it a bit hit and miss I find 28mm pump best Mostly choice of pro pampers Smaller size low tides best Worms come up higher about half an hour before low tide to 1 hour after Easier to pump then Good luck and don't stay out too long after low Cheers Paul

Another great vid bud I took your advice and I went out and got a line wet and me fished tide in at harlech normally flounder and the odd bass not tonight I called it a daon pecker number 30 but still had fun you are so write get out there and fish and it makes no difference if it's a pecker or a ray it's all good fun and head clearing keep up what you're doing and love to see how you would fish this beach.

have you ever thought about doing a vid with 2 rods exact same setup but i1 rod striking to a bite and 1 rod just reeling in to a bite to see if theres much difference in hook up percentage from striking to a bite and just reeling in to a bite.

Easiest way to tell the difference is the lateral line, Flounder have a straight lateral and a dab has a c curve before the gills, plaice have a boney ridge behind the eyes and a straigh lateral aswell👌great session on the flatties lads

A flounder has smooth spine when running your fingers one way and it's rough and spiky when running your fingers the opposite way...and dab is see through and has smooth spine both ways

Mike dabs have a curve in the lateral line just near the head if your ever not sure
