  • We are pleased to release our first video interview from our LET ME TALK MY SH*T initiative last month. This interview features our beloved brother, Marvin Mitchell. He is a survivor of Colon cancer His story of hope is especially important to share. Thank you @the_fit_cancer_guy for strength and perseverance we the community see you my brother.
    Marvin Mitchell, Father of 3, Strength & Conditioning Coach, living with Cancer for (5) years. Grew up in Scarborough, Trinidadian heritage. Father currently and grandfather (deceased) had cancer. Younger brother was treated this past year for a rare form of cancer. Lived a fairly clean lifestyle, with respect to nutrition and substances. A lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast. I've coached thousands of people from all walks of life for 25 years.
    Let’s spread hope, fight for a cure, advocate for others, push for changes in healthcare, help make the system work better for patients and care partners -- if we can make good come out of these stories -- we are teaching our kids, our friends and families, and our community -- that we can make good out of ANYTHING --- even cancer!”
