Seems to like Number 4 is more of a Stability exercise. That involves balance. Please explain why it's more of a mobility movement.
When should i do these? After a workout for recovery or before a workout as a warmup?

No 4 is probably a big no from my side. That's exactly the fear I have... Slipping on a round tube or a banana peel and falling like a cartoon character breaking my back....
