The actual exercises start at 2:50. Love the detail to protect the body. I don't do overhead weights to avoid shoulder impingement.

I will have to try this.
This is huge, stability and core training goes a long way for athletes. Also like doing lunges holding the dumbbell on one side at a time to focus on stability.
