Nice. I was given a 1999 Caravan because the owners were told that it needed the transmission replaced. I just replaced the filter and fluid and drove it home one hundred miles. We've had it for 3years and the transmission is still working. I have replaced the filter and fluid a couple of times. It's our second or utility vehicle and it has the 3.3 engine in it. Happy Motoring.
Great find and project! My ‘94 just passed 112,000 after its second resurrection, leaf springs, front right hub and tires to pass last state inspection.
I had a 94 Grand with the 3.8L! more power than it should have lol. for what you have into it, you couldnt get a used one with an unknown transmission for that much. The nickname for that transmission is "fragile 4"
we had one of these - not bad, but the lack of a sliding door on the left side was a total pain - very difficult to load people and things - otherwise quite satisfactory
