The BMW is starting in -19.5C not -27. It says so on the dash. If you have counted windchill into it don’t. Cars are a machine and machines don’t feel windchill. That is a -19.5 start which any healthy car should easily do easily even a modern diesel. I didn’t look to see what the other cars were starting in.

Owner claimed -27 for some reason. I don't count windchill factor and honestly I'm equally as tired of people who post cold start videos without mentioning that it's windchill temp they stated or that the vehicle is preheated and do my best to avoid it. Yes, I kind of clickbait too like almost everyone does, but one thing is for sure, if for example you see -44*C cold start in my video title, you'll for sure see at least one properly cold soaked -44*C cold start in the compilation.
Sadly those videos are hard to come by, people either can't be arsed to record when it's that cold, preheat the car, the car doesn't start at all, or people avoid driving anywhere when it gets that cold, etc. etc.

what audi you got? :D just remember -25 is still too cold of a setting, author lowered it just for the video, defeats the purpose of not letting the engine freeze if you leave it like that everyday, people usually set it @ 0 to -10 degrees celsius tops
