Some of the freeze dried fruits are actually amazing and taste like candy! Must TRY at least😊also the pumpkin seeds you bought are in the shell where the ones you called smaller are just the inner raw seed (the green pepitas ..also at Aldi) both delicious! 😋 love your recipes! Thank you! ❤️

When my son was young, he got bloody noses in the winter a lot. Our pediatrician told us to lightly coat the inside of his nostrils with Vaseline to keep them from getting too dry. It helped tremendously.

You can swap out the mayo for guac or half and half or greek yogurt. I also like to add dijon mustard (just a tad) and grapes to mine.
