Cordless Hair Curling Tutorial - is it any good?

- Hey guys, Today I'm trying out my new cordless automatic hair curler. I'm demonstrating how to use it (well sort off lol) and finding out if its actually any good.
I bought this hair curler on Amazon for £45.99 and I love it already

For reference I'm 5'5" and an Apple shape. I carry most of my weight on my chest and belly.

Quick tip!
Do NOT rake your fingers or brush through the curl when it has just been done, let it cool down or else you curl might go frizzy and it’ll lose its shape much faster.

I’m 51 and going along with menopause and never had thick hair but now it’s exactly same as you’re but bit longer. I’ve also got a 17 year old Daughter lol I have used SO many curling tongues, rollers and allsorts and I’ve never been good or even slightly good at curling my hair and I was just offered this at £39.99 so thanks for the review I’m gonna go for it xxx

Wow that looks so easy, I struggle with curling tongs. Always burning my hand or my head. Might just have to give this a go. By the way you really suit curls. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe. Xx

Looking good. I read the instructions briefly and then have to go back to them. Hubby reads them cover to cover and in depth and then asks me to tell him how to work it 😂😂😂

Let the curl cool before brushing through and Change the direction for each curl so it won’t be going the same way and get messed up 🤗

Omg!! So much quicker and easier than a curling iron!! I have thin & fine hair just like yours. I really want one!! I would use gel right after you shower while hair is wet. Then use the iron when hair is dry as you are doing. Do not comb thru with fingers right away. First spray with s e tting hair spray and let set in. Then once you get your whole head done then comb out with fingers to suit your style.
I learned so much from doing this video lol, I never do much with my hair so this was fun.

Hi. Works fine on a thick hair, mine is really thick and we have manged to do it, I found just use thin piece of hair on thick hair 😉
That is fab to hear Nikki. I’m yet to try it on daughter hair as she is so busy studying and won’t let me do her hair while studying 🤷🏼♀️😂
My friend did my hair with hers and she said it works better on day old unwashed hair. X
I’m a daily hair washer so that won’t work for me, but maybe a good tip for others. X

I love mine, but one day the little screen became very very dim to where it just showed black and only the outside corners would light up when I plugged it in, and it acts like it's dead, but it just won't properly charge. I tried turning it on quite a few times but it would beep like it would regularly turn on, but it immediately shuts off :(

Ur hair will never get caught up in it. I have one and I never got mine caught up in it.
I bought the same curler off our Aussie EBay here recently for about $30 which was pretty good I’ve got short hair so the curls don’t seem to be staying in at all .. but I’ll get some hair mousse . Hopefully that’ll keep the curl in
I have learned it’s all about leaving the curls alone till cool and then set with hairspray. X

I actually did leave the curls alone for awhile but didn’t put the hair spray on . I’ll try that again next time . They do say if you have shorter hair it doesn’t curl as well but hoping that it’ll still work 👍
Ohh ok, I didn’t know that. My hair is poker strait so nothing stays in it for long anyway lol

Hun, if u want more definited curls when u curl don't run fingers through, let it cool and then do it otherwise you are dragging the curl out

@@ImjustmeMarleen thanks lovey, but I couldn't even get my hair to stay in the barrel. I'm wondering if I was holding the straightener wrong. Most ppl seem to be holding it at 12 o'clock, I'm holding it at either 20 past or 20 to.🙇🏻♀️getting fed up now 😔!
Ohhh nooo.. I hear ya. I’m like.. if it don’t work strait away without me reading the manual.. I ain’t using it lol. But yes, try and hold it more strict and make sure it’s fully charged too. I played one day and it didn’t work cause battery was going down. Once charged it worked perfect again

Really thought I would have glossy blond curls!!...
I struggle So much doing anything with my hair. It’s so fine and poker strait. I got a hair waver thing to try out soon too hoping I’ll get good results with it too.
Do not brush your curls after using the device you are pulling them straight. Leave them and after doing your full head then brush through. Also ensure you use the left and right on either side of your hair, I.e left side and then change to right side.

I had it charged all night & the blue bars were showing....still does not work...I think I got ripped off....it was advertised on FB & I can't seem 2get help from them...ugh!

You need to let the curls cool before you brush them through with your fingers. They will set as they cool, and will last for much longer 😚
that’s what I did on the “good side” lol and they lasted the rest of the evening no problem lol
Yeah, once I saw her IMMEDIATELY combing thru the hair and OBVIOUSLY did not read the instructions prior to use, I clicked off and realize she was clueless about this machine and hair.🙄
How does it charge as mine won't switch on
