-You need to brush your hair and make sure it’s free of knots.
- you need to charge it before you use it
- stop pressing the button once your hair are fully inside it’s doesn’t make it curl more,
It’s all about knowing how to use it
The more you keep pressing the button when your hair is inside the more they will get tangled!!
In other words, she Is saying that you need to read the directions

You're supposed to charge it for at least 4 hours before first use. They recommend you charge overnight. I recommend giving it another try, maybe brushing out the sections before curling. I personally LOVE this curler (my hair is a bit thinner and shorter than yours but not by much)

Yes ikr like she barely did her hair and just complained! Gurl do your whole hair first and do it properly and make to charge it and then you can give your stupid opinion!!
I used this first time yesterday and my hair got stuck multiple times (about every 1/10 attempts), sometimes scary bad but it's great the device has a sensor and switches off when that happens. I have a lot of hair. My hair is very long waist length, very straight, and thin. I brushed my hair out before inserting it every time. Perhaps longer hair is not compatible with these devices. Final result for me: the nice part of the curls lasted about 20 mins before falling out, which isn't unusual my hair almost never holds curls but usually they last a little longer. Unfortunately after the curls fell out I was just left with frizz. I wish it was smoother.
Oh I also had trouble with battery lasting. The device won't work for the whole head because of it. Low battery meant hair got caught more often. I'd say it's probably great for people with short hairm

I actually have it, and it works really well for me! I think probably because I don't have that much hair. So it takes me about ten/twenty minutes to get a full head of curls :)
Did you bought it?
You definitely need to section your hair and clip the rest of the hair out of the hair. It needs to have a full charge which will take an hour or so. Plus on long hair put the hair curler half way down for a more beach wave.. if the curler isn’t hot enough you won’t get much of a curl. There is also a timer on the curler so make sure to adjust it on the controls..
How you control the time?
I was using it on my mother last night and seperating the hair seems like a good way to go but you can even do her long hair the whole way up if you section the under and outer hair seperately. Also the less amount of hair you put in the longer the hair it can do, so it is good for longer hair but it's a tad more finicky

I bought this last week and it’s been amazing on my hair. If you just brush the section before it goes in the machine it doesn’t get caught

Thank you so much for confirming what I suspected would happen! I'm also afraid that it will get stuck in my hair and saw that happen for a second and was terrified for you! 2 hours is way more time than anyone should have to spend. A curling iron would be faster and I prefer to use heat-free options. Your hair is gorgeous with or without the extra curls! I'll bet if you put your hair on top of your head with a bun former, when you take it down, you'll be shocked how gorgeous the curly waves are!
I'm so glad you did this video I was about to go spend £60 on this exact one on amazon! This has cleared up what I expected "getting stuck in the barrel and turning off 😑 😳. The reviews seemed decent and the uploads of peoples hair looked amazing but somethings always too good to be true there is now a babyliss version of this and even that one tangles hair as my sister has it I still wanted one but a different brand and this was the next option but I think I will stick to my good old chopstick curling wand ! Saved me £60 anyway thanks 😊 ☺

I bought it from another brand that it is called Wavylook and I didn’t have any trouble with my long hair.
I didn’t have to wait that long to get curled either so I think it will really depends on from where you get. I am pretty happy with my product.

@@logannair3219 she did make some mistakes which is why her hair was getting tangled in the device, and she also wasn't holding the button until the beeping stops like the directions say to do.
After watching many of these videos I noticed the ones having issues were the ones that didn't read nor follow the directions. It was user error and with a little practice I'm sure she would've gotten it.
Just read the instructions. That’s why they go to the trouble of providing them.
My cousin has this and it works fine my hair stayed curled for a bit the next day and the reason it was getting tangled is because the wasn’t putting it in right but I do think she is brave for testing products so we don’t have to hope this comment helps not supposed to be hate ❤️

I’ve got the same tool but different brand name. I’ve found if you put the hair over the top with the gap facing forward works better even with bigger sections. Well done for persevering. I have short hair so don’t have the same issues that you have.

@@samii___ they're all basically the same product just a different brand but they're using the same design from the original patent. That's why they all look very similar.
The one Julissa purchased is Conair and the one I purchased doesn't even have a brand anywhere on the product, directions, or the box it came in but it looks almost identical except hers has the textured lower half and mine doesn't.
Hers also costs $70 and mine was only $8.50 from Temu, they're running between that an $25 which is much cheaper. Walmart had one for around $17.98.
You can use any length of charging cord as long as the connector matches the shape of the connector outlet on your phone, your tablet, your E-Reader, your camera and your phone. Newer devices have a wider, flatter, USB connection - so take a good look because the cord that comes with this is very short, but any cord that matches the connector will do.
I have this , and when my hair tangled, I changed it to opposite direction to untangle ...it works!
Here are some tips! -charge it. -put a small strand of hair. -let it heat up. -hold the start button until it double beeps. -after it double beeps, let go of the button and pull the curler away from your hair. -make sure to press on. 🎊I don’t want to be rude, but that is how it works! 😀

I'm not sure I agree. I love it. Battery lasted about 45 mins. Takes me 30 mins for a full head curl. Love the automatic curl thingy
Nice one I ordered after watching this video.
The reason your hair got stuck, is because you tried to put too much in, the safety feature kicked in and switched the device off. I’ve used it, and after the first use/getting used to it, it’s actually an amazing product.
I’m thinking of buying it but i was unsure after watching this. Should I?
It doesn't work for everybody - if the hair is medium/thick - LONG /fuzzy and abundant likely struggle to performs as intended, also the annoying part when the battery actually run out of juice so quickly that point experiment frustration. Perhaps, short hair above shoulders will be relative more cost effective. Bottom line: A big NO for me either.
I understand what you mean. I have lots of hair too. Takes me awhile to curl my own hair.
My hair is not even long, and I have to charge it three times in the role, each time about 1 hour. The battery seen to stay only 15 mins after 1 hours charge.
The andowl brand last me about 1hour 30min ... I managed to fully curl my mum and my hair with one charge and it was at 1 bar at the end only... although u have to fully charge it because anything below 4bars dies quick

Had the same problem with the tangling. If you make sure the wand is close enough to your scalp (you want it to pretty much touch your head), it is much less likely to tangle!

I noticed several people gave you some tips and the only thing I noticed you were doing wrong was not holding the button down until the beeping stopped completely as per the directions. I just bought one of these for $8.50 from Temu which led me to watching a bunch of these instructional videos to see first hand how well it worked.
And after watching many product test videos for this automatic curler, it appeared to be user error when the hair got stuck or didn't produce the perfect curl. I'm shocked at how many people don't actually read the directions (or at least skim it for the main parts) and then wonder why it isn't working right.
I also think when the hair got stuck it drained the battery more because that seemed to be the case with the ladies that happened to, but the battery seemed to last fine for those that didn't run into that issue. Just my 2 cents.
I do commend you for giving it a good try before giving up though because I'm sure after 2 hours anyone would be frustrated.

I have one and it does die quickly even after being fully charged. If hair is not parted into small sections it can get tangled inside

You have to first charge for 4 hours to get a full charge. It works good for me because I don't have lots of thick hair like you, do to do my whole head it takes about 6 each side.
If you have lovely thick hair you'd be best with a different tool.
This is good for travelling and for finer hair & it's cordless.

Thanks for sharing....this curler is definitely not a good option ,I have long hair as well and after seeing whats actually doing and how just a small section of hair has to considered b4 curling I think its probably only suitable for short hair maybe 🤷♀️!!
I think when your hair starts to spin in it, you’re supposed to hold the end to slowly bring it in. I also think you’re supposed to take out your hair in the first 3 beeps.

I have bought it when I try to curl my hair it got stuck and twisted inside it did not curl at all . The curler continues going round and round it doesn't stop.

Not sure why you think it's not user friendly. Without directions it was actually pretty easy to figure out. And as far as the battery, you mention directions, did you read that you are supposed to charge it over night before the first use?
Is this one okay for bigger curls as well? My wife has long hair, very straight of itself, and usually curls from halfway down... bigger curls. Would like to get this one as a gift.
It’s only because you didn’t charge it for the full 4 hours before using it.
For very long hair it might be a bit hard to get thicker curls too.
the battery goes even when ur not using it, if its on then the battery goes and if u leave it on for more than 10mins without acctually using it it will start beeping to warn u that its still on, i have one myself and if u but to thick of a strand of hair or even too long it will start beeping a lot, what i do is just use my long phone charger and have it on charge while using it, if u have super super short hair u can but a rlly thick peace in, to avoid tangiling, just but thinner peaces xx

Battery doesn't last long and takes alot of time to load. And the curls are well, not curls. Its more like waves. It makes waves. At least on her hair.
At least it tells u when something is wrong whenever I use other tools it like burns my hair and it gets tangled so that's good
