Jango Fett has been my favorite bounty hunter since 2003, when he supplanted Boba Fett. Partially that's because of Temuera Morrison himself, but mostly it's because he's not only SO GODDAMN COOL, but he's also got so much story behind him that we never really see. There's a depth of rage and sadness that does get explained in the comics and the Star Wars: Bounty Hunter game, but it still feels like there's so much more to explore with him. And a lot of that can be found in Boba Fett, even though we've seen a lot more of his actual backstory. There's still this impression that behind that mask, behind those eyes, there's an infinity of stories that shaped him into the lonely, violent, stoic presence he's become.
