Alesis you are dropping the ball by not playing up this feature! I thought this was just for mute groups but you have effectively added alternate mode and chords (like the drumkat), a feature I have been begging for in a self-contained sampling multipad for years!!!!! (yes the yamaha multi-12 does it but the max sample size is laughably small for sustained sounds) I cant even express how happy I am to have discovered this after already being very pleasantly surprised by the playability/expressiveness of many of the sounds, especially for just one-shots!

My Bass drum pedal shows in the window as left of the 6 dots and and HH as rightI’m a right handed drummer .Is this reversible please ?

I have 4 tracks in Garage band, all part of the same song. I want them to play like the original song when the pads are hit. In other words, keep the timing between the tracks in time so if I hit track one for the bass to start, then I hit track two for guitar slightly off, is there a way to quantize to play together, or wait till the next time around in the loop to start? I didn't see how, but figured I would ask. The feature I'm looking for is the same as if you muted those four track in Garageband, and one by one turned them on while the loop was running so they always maintain where they are in the loop.

Is there a setting where I can play more than one pad at one time? For example, playing a hi-hat sound with a snare on 2+4. On mine, it cuts the hats off when I hit the snare. It only allows me to play one square pad at a time.

Hi, interested in this product, although it seems cool some thinks of significant cons i discovered from reviews, and wondering if they can be addressed by updates
1:loading times? in a live show it can't change kits instantly ? also it cuts the previous kit sounds abruptly when changing kits
2: related to this video, im not expecting this unit to sound like a top notch electronic drum kit, but really the limitation of 2 layers per pad is a compromise , the acoustic kits sound like cheap device, it needs several layers per pad with round robin etc.. so at least the acoustic sounds HH,snare Kick ride etc ... have some real dynamics and not the shotgun sound type it has now
(so if i understand it right, to achieve this "snare" layers it need to use multiple pads just for one snare sound(with multi dynamic layers) ) ?
