You can use starting fluid if you know how much and make sure glow plugs don't turn on also I sprayed starting fluid on the turbo side not straight in the intake manifold.
Thats possibly the worst thing u could do to a diesel ether has no lubricant even if it says it does its hard on diesel engines and some diesels could get addicted to it why don't u just spend the money and have the dummy plugs replaced instead of fucking ur shit up
@justinklassen2965 because brake cleaner won't pre-ignite the glow plugs and cause a explosion on multiple cylinders. Causing a connecting rod to bend. Brake cleaner gives it the spark to fire but not violent enough to break stuff in the engine.
There hating on this but this will save someone’s day I’m sure because I had to use it the other day 😂😂
Your truck is going to get addicted to that starting fluid to the point where you having to use a whole can just to start it cold
No!
Don’t ever ever ever and I mean ever use starting fluid in a diesel useless you want to crack your pistons. Use silicone spray only.

I've used to a lot of times on my 6.0, I wouldn't worry about it 😂
Silicone spray?

What dummy plugs. I’m having the same issues
Really? It is easier to unplug the ICP sensor...
Would it be the icp or the hpop?
"Don't try this at home"
Never use starting fluid. Use brake cleaner.
Why brake cleaner?

had this problem , did a filter service on it , problem solved
what kind of filter? oil filter cold air intake filter?
fuel filter?
What filter?
Thats not a fix bud...
