Can you clarify one thing.. Kha and krub is according to the gender of speaker or to whom we address?? I mean, if I am a girl and talking to a man, what should I say?? Swa dee krub Or Swa dee kha??

I learned Thai by not reading them in romanization but learning their alphabet first and on how to pronounce each alphabet. Hahaha for me that way is faster in learning both for writing and reading then will not be hard for you in speaking Thai. It is easier to learn their alphabet but it really did take a very long time for me to memorize and remember the words in Thai hahaha
I am so much in love with Thailand, Thai People and Actors(obviously😂). We majority are!. I wish we could go and meet people see places and do something we like soon❤🧿Manifesting hard!!!
Your tongue won't twist. But your tone might. Thai is designed to be tongue friendly. But at the same time it's also a tonal language, which is quite difficult to master.

He moved to Finland when he was a child that being said he speaks finnish just like me, but I decided to learn some thai and hopefully surprise him and his family in positive way. Huge thanks for this channel for clear instructions and taking it slow enough so it's easier to catch on especially for us who are trying to learn learn thai for the first time! ❤️ EDIT: We are now expecting a baby due to next spring if all goes well! Kha for girl speaking thai and Khap for boys speaking thai. Krub is khrap they pronounce it as krub. Krub is same as khap. They just put "R" in it to exaggerate the langauge. Though it is acceptable.

I don't know if you know, but here in Israel there are a lot of Thais working in agriculture in the fields and because of the war, we Israelis joined in the work as volunteers and got to know you charming guys up close. Why am I like this? I want to learn Korean, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and struggle to pick just one so I just learn all of them at the same time 😭 I wish there was some kind of button or option in my brain that immediately after watching a video or series I know how to speak that language…
I love Thai people, they are so sensitive and polite. It's funny but whenever I hear them speak I think they are enacting some play on stage. They seem to be so involved. This is not just a language, it's an emotion.

I had a neighbor in high school, he was a foreign exchange student from Bangkok. To make the story short we became inseparable he was my best friend. This takes me back because I’ve been obsessed with Thai culture asking him how to interpret Thai language to English for me. I haven’t seen him in person since he went back to Bangkok. But I am so happy we stay in touch
But for me 2moon and gen y the series is the main reason and 2nd one is i love Thai language 3rd one I want to live in Thailand..... 😌 just hope that I'll do it one day... ☺

It looks hard to learn, the alphabet used is different, the spelling is confusing. But I enjoy Thai tv series so much!
true... Thai alphabet and spelling is quite challenging... the changes of the letters takes a lot of time to master.

"Ka / krub" that's What I hear the most in BL series
Ka means for girls like " sawadee Ka"
Then for boys krub " sawadee kruh
Kha for girl speaking thai and Khap for boys speaking thai. Krub is khrap they pronounce it as krub. Krub is same as khap. They just put "R" in it to exaggerate the langauge. Though it is acceptable.

I don't know if you know, but here in Israel there are a lot of Thais working in agriculture in the fields and because of the war, we Israelis joined in the work as volunteers and got to know you charming guys up close. So I've used this video today to communicate for the 1st time with my new Thai friends and we had great fun.

I had a neighbor in high school, he was a foreign exchange student from Bangkok. To make the story short we became inseparable he was my best friend. This takes me back because I’ve been obsessed with Thai culture asking him how to interpret Thai language to English for me. I haven’t seen him in person since he went back to Bangkok. But I am so happy we stay in touch
