Thanks for sharing the video, really good content and well explained.
I have below query on Mutual Fund investment. I have long term goals(5+ years) and can take upto moderate risk(not very inclined to take high risk).
After setting away some amount as contingency fund, I have chosen the below funds based on overall returns, rolling return consistency, expense ratio & rating.
(1) Small Cap MF [5% allocation, SBI Small Cap Fund]
(2) Mid Cap MF [10% allocation, Axis Mid Cap Fund]
(3) Multi-Cap MF [15% allocation, Parag Parikh long term equity Fund]
(4) Index Fund [20% allocation, UTI Nifty index]
(5) Large Cap MF [25% allocation, Axis Blue Chip]
(6) Debt MF [25% allocation, Aditya Birla Sun Life Savings Fund(Ultra short term)]
On daily basis, I would be investing total 5000Rs based on above asset allocation% and plan to continue investing daily for next 4-5months.
In case the market falls by more than 5% on a particular date, then I will double the above investment for that day.
Kindly suggest if the above MF asset allocation & investment strategy looks good or some change is required.

Nice video...Sirji....One clarification please...There are so many funds available in Multicap category from reputed Fund Houses but you are advising a Fund from a relatively new Fund House with a track record of less than 10 years....Any specific reason for recommending Parag Parikh over Canara Robeco Diversified, DSP Equity, Kotak Standard Multicap, Axis Focused 25 or SBI FOCUSED Equity... Please reply...One more thing expense ratio is too high for Parag Parikh.... Waiting for your help....sir
Yes, correct many fund available but parag parikh is unique fund, it invest in international stock also like amazon, google, facebook etc.

@@dhanyathashetty. not a good time to invest in small cap amid global volatile market, if you have buffer cash try to invest in gold or axis mid cap only if you have investment horizon of 3-4 years and if you have any large cap fund in your portfolio.

@@dhanyathashetty. Axis bluechip large cap is good choice, but choose between multi cap or nifty 50. it's not good for beginner to expose to fund that are much more diversified. and debt fund with significant growth over the year is good fund. I would suggest icici ultra short term.
