Only Advisory business: no distribution commission so advisory fee is the only income source. Customer thinks its a paid service, hence customer finds distributor better thinking he is free.

In India, We have microfinance/cooperative finance like Swayamshree Mahila, SHG which is similar to Bangladesh microfinance, and this was their way back before Bangladesh microfinance and still operating. So this is a familiar thing.
In my course i study many of them ignore but in portion it's clearly written that against the policy premium the most major expense is commission. And to solicit the business agent are the backbone. Actually what it means i understood now with this video
