It was an absolute pleasure being a guest on your podcast. The conversation was enjoyable. Thank you for the warm welcome and for creating such a great platform for discussion!
Sir one more point to add, if we take term insurance at a younger age.. the premium will be less and the premium will be the same throughout the term whether it might be 30 years or 40 years.. It actually makes a good impact. Also, when our age is 30-35 we might be having issues with health then there is higher probability of insurance companies rejecting the term insurance application
I’ve paid to where my money is going. It's easy to get caught up in day-to-day expenses and just think, 'I'll deal with it later.' But later usually ends up being too late.
You’re not alone. I realized I was losing money just by not optimizing my investments. I’ve always heard about diversifying, but I never took it seriously until recently
Exactly. I used to just let my savings sit in a regular account, not realizing how inflation was eating away at it. I didn’t really start growing my wealth until I spoke with an advisor who pointed me in the right direction
Yeah, I can relate. Honestly, the biggest shift for me was when I got serious about financial planning. I started working with someone who showed me how much I was missing out on. She gave me some really straightforward advice on things like tax-efficient investing and using different strategies to grow my savings
It’s crazy how much of a difference having an expert in your corner makes. My advisor has helped me shift from just thinking about short-term savings to building long-term wealth. Things like proper asset allocation, minimizing fees on investments, and making smarter retirement decisions.
That’s key. I didn’t realize how small things like not regularly reviewing my portfolio were costing me. I thought, 'I'm set for retirement,' but without checking in, you really don't know how you're performing
Being CA, I enjoyed the whole conversation. All financial topics which are closely related to our lives were discussed diligently. Stay blessed both of you.
Please what if I want to get started how do I go about it? I really need help, because I think investing in Forex and crypto is the best investment anyone can get involved with.
At this moment, things appear to be odd. Inflation is reducing the value of the US dollar, but it is strengthening in comparison to other currencies and commodities like real estate and gold. People are switching to the dollar because they believe it is safer. I worry that the rising cost of living may cause the value of my retirement savings to decline.
Safest approach i feel to go about it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert
Several individuals minimize the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
Neeraj is amazing. I first saw him with Parimal Ade few years back. Loved his simplicity and way of thinking then, it's been the same even today. Good going, Neeraj. Best wishes. :)

Its very realistic and authentic discussion. Anyone who is involved in MF do investment SIP, can relate to all points discussed here. Very humble and grounded Mr. Neeraj Sir !! Thanks for wonderful session. 👍
Wow, that was so deep yet so interesting. I love how you go deep into practical financial advice; the conversation is relatable. More importantly, it's great to see someone sharing not only valuable knowledge but sharing it in an easy-to-understand and applied manner. That is fantastic, but you can add real-life case studies or examples from viewers to make your content even more effective. It would make the points clearer, and the advice would seem even more personalized. Great work. Keep it up, and I look forward to the next video!
Absolutely mast/must podcast. All my questions on personal finances answered. It was a free high value finance podcast. Thanks to you and to Neeraj for being so kind and sharing his mind blowing, easy and honest money making techniques. I have benefited immensely, listening to him and applying his ideas. Bhai itna paisa hai, thodasa charity bhi kar lo,ya zikar toh kar lo.😊
Jitna Bhi income generation Sir kar rahe hain doesn't matter because Jitne reasonable rates me sir classes provide karte hain that too with top quality utna other teachers double rates mein bhi nahin kar sakte😅.... ❤❤😊😊😊
Superb podcast thanks kushal for inviting the Neeraj sir.. we all enjoyed & got too much knowledge & clarity of many topics thanks for arranging all this 🙏 we hope u will do some more podcast with neeraj sir.
I strongly agree with Neeraj ji that investment depends on individual situation and circumstances and we cannot go by fixed percentage. I have an autistic kid and his special education expenses are equivalent to 4 kids so my situation is completely different. Similarly someone may have more dependents. So he is absolutely right that we cannot generalise and make investments per individual needs. Overall a great podcast. Everyone must watch.
Thank you for a very valuable podcast. My sincere thanks to Mr. Neeraj Arora for sharing so much knowledge. It is really kind of life coach podcast. I thoroughly enjoyed and gained quite a lot knowledge.

Returns are the same for SIP and lump sum over the very long term , as per Arora. So to avoid liquidity problems and tension (due to volatility) , it is better to go for SIP. If you get a sudden fortune, invest the lump sum in a debt fund and do STP to an Equity fund.
Please ask your guests about which is the reliable channel through which we can do SWP and SIP as well as the detailed procedure to start them for a fresher.

Ans: I cleared 12th in 2004....2017 me investments ko leke sincere hogya....2018 me online classes...2018 se 2021 me bahot bada amount mila. lol where is the actual answer!? @kushal you should not let your guests give you leading answers. Keep getting them back to the main question at hand. I understand someone who achieves success loves to talk about it on and on. But don't forget that your viewers are watching the videos for actual data and answers and not the whole philosophy of life being handed down as an answer.
Making money is a long process and success, feeling rich or poor is situational too. different phases of life change how you feel about the same amount of money. It is not a set answer.

It's advisable to go for an experience except when seeking to invest in the crypto market
It's very obvious that forex and crypto trading is one of the profitable money exchange services that elevates investors and their financial status.
Well I let Joy trade for me, she's good and you can give her a trial
Joy Philips special strategy is in her realistic approach and that’s sets her far above other brokers who sets outrageous targets and fails to get it.
She's really a good investment advisor. I was privileged to attend some of her seminars. That was how I started my crypto investment 👏
