I don't get the hate on Adam Sandler in general. I mean yeah, he did some pretty shitty movies like Jack&Jill, but his live shows are fun as hell and he released bangers like Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, Mr. Deeds and Zohan. This dude has grown from a low level comedian to a frikkin millionaire, he got my respect for sure. Hey come on, Adam Sandler is at least like a 4, a 3 if you count his creepiness and bad sense of humor, a 4 again if you count that I think most people have claimed he's actually a pretty laid-back and friendly guy. And if he's a rich surgeon in California that actually makes HIM the 9 and the assistant like a 6, even if it is Jennifer Anniston.

I’m sorry but, I have to disagree.
Jennifer Aniston is a mother of 2 who also works in the surgery that Adam Sandler does. Whether she is a secretary, a surgeon or an assistant. To work in a surgery like that and have input on operations, she will have had to go to medical school. Her job will be relatively high paying.
In the movie, her boss wants to fuck a younger woman, so she needs to take her kids away from home and pretend to be the ex of her co-worker whilst forcing her kids to act along despite her children not knowing what’s going on. She is not lucky. She is forced into an awkward situation where she has no say, then eventually falls for the man who mentally abused her an her children.
@888GRM I can accept your logic, and if there's research to support this, sure. But why the hell would they make a movie where we're supposed to root for these two characters to get together?? This is supposed to be a rom-com, but if it is as realistic as you said, she's forced to get together with this ugly man because he's rich and she's over 30 so she can't get a hot guy anymore... and that just doesn't seem like a couple that's very appealing for the audience, right? So that shouldn't be the way it's intended to be viewed, even if it's realistic.
Also, Adam Sandler ALWAYS gets a girl that's waaay out of his league. In Pixels, she's even smart, successful and rich (as well as hot) while he's a nobody, so...

I'm glad someone is finally addressing how painful lidocaine injections are. I once had like six in a row and the doctor kept saying it was just "like a little bee sting".
