Because their humor is based on everyday interactions that we can all relate to on some level. It's well crafted, exaggerated just enough to be memorable, and endearing because despite The Cheat peeing in HSR's Mt. Dew or StrongBad relieving the cliff hangers, they all have character and personality instead of agendas or tropes. Each character is themself regardless of shenanigans. Each adventure grounded enough in reality (remember Strap's adventure through space that ended in guacamole and banana bread?) yet imaginative enough to be ridiculous and memorable (insert Dangeresque and Teen Girl Squad). Strongbadia is timeless because they made it to be timeless, slice of life moments that quickly get out of hand, but are always treated well by the characters themselves, who could pop out of the screen at any moment and you know how they'd act.
