I did a lot of digging, and supposedly she is one of the firsts meta characters of the game, because of her ultimate skill, since you can effectively chose when to activate it. I got her on my guaranteed first ssr, and she kicks ass
the full armor joke on Fuku-chan was due to the amount of charms/accessories she carries with her... pretty much a gundam/yu-gi-oh joke. xD also the ti in Matikane is still pronounce as Chi like all other horses belonging to the Machikane clan owned by Hosokawa Owner. xD
