Just finished setting mine up. Be ready to read very fine print. It also helps to know Chinese or at least another foreign language to understand word translation that does not fit the current context.
Impressed with the results! perfect video with details! Is it possible to inform me please about about the anchor and humming bird files please? Thank you!
Good demo but please control for those fumes. I got what’s called Potts Puffy Tumour from inhaling wood dust last year and it really wasn’t pleasant - could have been far worse. I saw it as a serious warning sign from my body about fumes and dust. Now I’m extra careful on every level.
great video, shows th capabilities of the laser quite well. Hvae you had any problems with any of the jobs you did? Whether it was a problem of the laser, or human error. And if so, can you provide further information? Evals should include learning curve. I don’t doubt any of your test projects here, its just that nothing works perfectly. Example, one video I watched, out of the box the antry wasn’t square, so he had to loosen belts and adjust, which is fine, it just adds to a checklist wbefore using in production. Thanks.
Hi Scott, Thank you for your comments. I apologize for the late reply. Here is our information for you: 1. We only use the Creality Falcon 2 laser and we have had absolutely no problems with it. We were able to begin using it within 5 minutes of unpacking. 2. We have been using it for about 6 months now with no hardware problems. 3. Note: we use only Lightburn software which may have a high learning curve sometimes. We don't use other software like Adobe Photoshop, Corel, etc. 4. Check out the Louisiana Hobby Guy on You Tube for some good tutorials. Hope this helps you - let us know how you are doing.
Thank you for your question. We don't have specific test value, but we can say from experience that the 40watt model requires fewer passes to cut than the 22watt. Which saves a significant amount of time when batching out projects.
Thank you for the different cuts and the numerical indications.👍🙂
Glad it was helpful!

Glad you are feeling better! We do have a custom made ventilation system for smoke and air filters for any dust in our shop 😷

Thank you for sharing. Does this machine support LightBurn?
Yes, it supports LightBurn. LightBurn is a great program and is the one we use 🙂
is this machine can cut the stainless steel sheet and how many mm?
Are the "normal" and "precision" modes like switching between 40w and 20w output powers? Like using more or less diodes?
Thanks for your question. Yes, the precision mode turns off half of the diodes, achieves narrower beam/kerf
I wonder how much different the 40watt is from the 22watt and if it is really 40watt.
Thank you for your question. We don't have specific test value, but we can say from experience that the 40watt model requires fewer passes to cut than the 22watt. Which saves a significant amount of time when batching out projects.
Can this machine cut 1 mm silver?, excellent video
Wouldn't recommend to cut silver without testing. Thanks!
