By far the best test of robot vacs I’ve seen on RUclips, thanks for putting in all the work. Will be looking for an updated version of some of the newer models in that $200-$300 range? Hopefully?
I cannot stress enough how amazing your videos are. Everything from your production value, to your testing methods, even the tone and quality of your voice… You are a master at your craft good sir. I hope you make a good living doing this.
Just purchased the Coredy R500+ thanks to your video. Never had a robot vacuum before so didn't even know where to begin looking so thank you for your help.
At what point would you consider the iLife brand to be preferred, 100% of my downstairs house is hardwood/tile with only a rug in the dining room. Upstairs does has carpet. I would be curious on recommendations when hardwood and crevices are the highest priority next to price. Thanks.
So if I don't have any carpets and just floors the iLife ones are the best for me? Are there any robots above $350 which have the same functionality but an app or lidar?
The Eufy 11s is indeed a very good machine for the price! Flat 40m², no animals, light carpets with short hair, bathroom tiles light green. It's unbelievable how well it cleans! I recommend!
That's really important. Check your manuals and keep up with it, no matter what robot vacuum you have. I have a few videos where I do some maintenance in this playlist- ruclips.net/p/PLgLomEiTb2Bbu2WsdFI1jRLhSV88nm4lc
I just got the coredy r3500. Tested it out today. Made sure not to sweep for a week and had a ton of dog hair on the floor lol. Let it run all under the bed and dresser. And WOW it got everything, I had to empty it 3 times. So much dog hair and dirt/sand, it went over my rugs, into the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Did a really awesome job. I did have to manually put it back in the charger but that's no problem at all. Within 1 hour 30 minutes it cleaned everything. I do have all hardwood floors, 1 rug in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Great video. Dropping a like for it being very thorough! I was looking for the Coredy R500+ on Amazon and I stumbled on the R3500 model. I've looked everywhere to find the differences between the R500 and R3500 models and I can't find a straight comparison anywhere. They don't even advertise the R3500 in the Coredy website. Do you know what the difference is? Do you think it's just a name update? To me it looks like they are almost the same model. Would love to see you cover the R3500 or maybe even go over a comparison of the Coredy line.
Ok so I have only a Hard floor (tile) to clean mostly dust and pet hair. Would it be better to get the suction only vacc's even though they scored lower (b/c of carpet)..?
Will you please replace the eufy 11s with new 11smax or can you please make a video of eufy max models with 2000pa vacuum... I am curious to see how good they are in your tests..
Whats the real difference between the models? I live in Sweden and Amazon is not yet here yet so need to order from the local big companies. Found a Eufy Robovac G10. What is the difference between this and Eufy Boost IQ 11s?
Hello, I was expecting tezvor x500 and Liectroux in your video. Liectroux is a German designed one and Tesvor has been one of the best budget vacuum lately. Do you have any idea?
This video is just amazing! believe it or not you saved me a lot of money and headaches cause i was about to get a rooba or the eufy until i found this video and saw the review about hard floor and hairs, not only we dont have a carpet but also my wife´s hair falls all the time and the ilife v3 and v5 are just perfect for us, thanks a lot for putting the time, money and effort for this!
Hi, after watching your video, I have my own idea what to choose the next vacuum robot for my family. I just have a quick question, I saw on the Amazon, there are 2 kinds of Eufy 11S, one is 11S (Slim) and another one is 11S (MAX). Can you please let me know what Eufy 11S you used in your test? Thank you for your great video!
I have had tons of issues with my eufy. It was great at first. Then one wheel stopped working. Customer service sent me a new wheel to replace after troubleshooting. It didn't fix it. It was still under warranty so they sent me a refurbished unit. The side brushes kept falling off and I had to figure out to bend the metal clip so they would stay on. It was crazy. It didn't operate at all like my first one. Battery life was really low and it would get stuck everywhere... It also left so many areas untouched. They sent me a brand new one after that. Worked great... Until it didn't. Woke up one day to it having a constant red light on. It's out of warranty now because even though it's a new unit the warranty goes off of the first unit. They said to take the battery out and put it back in to see if it starts working again, but basically if that doesn't work I'm screwed. It does get under my furniture where my Roomba does not, and it does not run into very hard or drag itself across my Furniture like my Roomba, but so far I've had zero issues with my Roomba working and I've had all kinds of issues with the eufy. I really liked it for about 5 months, though.
Hi there! I'm looking for a quietest vacuum cliner on the matket. I'v heard about an Electrolux Ultrasilencer Zen with 58db of noice level. Is it worth?
@@lakers4life71 Thanks for the advice! I see that according to this page www.smartcleaningtips.com/coredy-r300-vs-d400-vs-r500-vs-r650-robot-vacuum-comparison/ the R650 version not only has more suction power, but also HEPA filters! So I'm leaning more towards that. However I was looking at the Coredy D400 and it's on sale on amazon for $212.89 if you clip the $40 coupon. It has smartphone features, but I'm not sure if it does as good as a job as the R650 Version. But I'm thinking R650 because of the Filter.
Please review the ilife A9. I got mine for $180 on sale with an Amazon coupon but it goes regularly for $200-250. It does live mapping and has an extremely slim profile. It uses a camera on top combined with a patterned roller ball to send its location in the house as it cleans through the Android app. I love this vacuum. It's got a whole cyclonic technology in the bin too. It is also my understanding there's an A9s model with a mopping attachment.
The N79s was one of the worst robots i tested, it stopped when sun was shining in , also buying non smart vacuums is possibly a bad idea in 2019, since there are cheap smart alternatives
I have the ilife v5s pro for 2 years now, I did a lot of research and im really satisfied with it. Mainly because I only have hard floor at home and many animal. The only downside is really the size of the bin. Never got any problem with it in 2 years so I'm pretty optimiste.
PET HAIR test just ain't showing the reality. So why is my Roomba 690 so much more effective at cleaning than the Eufy 11s and why do these tests not show it? PET HAIR: The thread pickup test fails to show big problems w. the Eufy and pet hair: 1. The dust bin has a narrow slot that gets clogged with pet hair very quickly. This seems to reduce suction and seriously hamper dust pickup. 2. The brush gets wrapped up in hair all the time. The vacuum will slow down and finally not work. I have to spend a few minutes cutting it out (RARELY a prob with the Roomba). 3. Hair also gets into the bearings of the Eufy. Hard to clean those out. Not an issue w. the roomba. Bottom line: The roomba usually cleans better cause pet hair isn't a problem for it and it runs at its full capability almost all the time. FEATURES: Roomba comes with 2 virtual barriers. It also works from a phone app (and can be controlled with IFTTT - "If I leave the House, Start Roomba" can happen. The testing looks like a lot of work, but... I think there really has to be a more organic test: Pet hair, dust, carpet, hardwood, larger debris all at once, and the vac should run for its full battery life - as it usually would in real life. I think the Eufy result would be very different. And, for what it's worth, I think the thread isn't simulating the clumping/clogging of dog hair particularly well. That's one thing that makes it hard to clean. My Eufy always leaves little "clouds" of dog hair around - where it pushed the hair into a pile and couldn't mange to suck it in. The Roomba NEVER does that.
What If instead of the Roomba 600 series it was the e6 available at Costco? Where would you rank it? Because they claim it has 5x suction and you corroborated that.
Roomba wins both of those. The points system here reminds me of Fast Lane Truck Reviews, where appearance was effectively the most important part of the score. You really have to know what part of the review is what matters to you and ignore the final score. That hair wrap test is a perfect example, who cares what the score was there, if the winner of that is last place in carpet. It's just like if a phone is missing chunks of screen or a headphone jack, I don't care about any other category it might win, because it is last place for me because of that.

The hero we didn’t know we needed

can you just set them all off at once in room to see what happens
Thatd be great...
The purge would happen
Be like robot wars!

I agree it looks like he spends a lot on vacuums and time testing I hope he can make a living on this for the effort he is putting in.
Just purchased the Coredy R500+ thanks to your video. Never had a robot vacuum before so didn't even know where to begin looking so thank you for your help.
Great video, I can see that you spend a lot of time, effort and money for this amazing tests. Thanks!
You need to review everything on earth i love your thinking and how deep you get with this stuff
How do you do the Timelapse with tracking? I’m guessing the white tape has something to do with it

Exactly what i got going-on (no carpet). So is a suction only vac a better option?? Let me know if/which one you u get.
the xiaomi g1 price are about 120$ the cfm is over 18 it has roller brush too
So if I don't have any carpets and just floors the iLife ones are the best for me? Are there any robots above $350 which have the same functionality but an app or lidar?

Is coredy as thin as eufy? I've tried roomba but doesn't fit under some of our furnitures.
What about maintenance between uses?

Can we get a mid tier test :( I was hoping the roborock e25 would be here cause that's the one I've been looking at :(
Great video btw!

Hi! If I have a Deebot n97s and I only use it on hard floors can I remove the brush roll to get better airflow?
Simply amazing🙌🏼 you are a king
Thank you!

Is it best to keep a non-mapping vac in one room at a time, or OK to let run free?
Thanks this video saved me so much time
Ok so I have only a Hard floor (tile) to clean mostly dust and pet hair. Would it be better to get the suction only vacc's even though they scored lower (b/c of carpet)..?
Same question
Best review EVER! Mythbusters style!! Bravo...
He is always referencing the 600 model of roomba. I have the 700. Any difference in suction?

have you tested the imartine or the bagotte? they are low priced but have gyroscope mapping. thanks!
Hello, I was expecting tezvor x500 and Liectroux in your video. Liectroux is a German designed one and Tesvor has been one of the best budget vacuum lately. Do you have any idea?
So true... I purchased a Coredy 2 years ago and it has worked like a charm. Also they have great customer service if needed.
Have you tested the Prosenic 820S? I am in between that one and the Coredy.

Do you have thoughts on the tesvor m1?
yes, been super excited to see this one. I have 3 neato's but these still really interest me.

YES!!! I've been waiting for quite a long time for this. Thanks for uploading it!
*☼ can we have them made to order from some kind of underground online tech store?*
Which one would you recommend for hard surfaces (laminate floors)? In the more affordable price range of course. Thk you
Love the video. So thorough.
Very nice reviews. to the point, love it.
Men awesome video, very straight forward to the point, very organized and simple to understand.... Awesome job save me a lot of time!
thank you for your time
thank you for watching
How does this not have more views? Great video, very informative
Glad it was helpful!
Dude, awesome video!! the amount of effort for the experiments is impressive. Which of these do you think is the best option for hard floors only?
please do a video on the neto vs the milie Scout RX2
So it’s safe to say, if I have a lot of pet hair on hardwood floors with no carpet, I should get the iLife V5?
Thanks love these big “reviews”/comparisons 👍
Hi there! I'm looking for a quietest vacuum cliner on the matket. I'v heard about an Electrolux Ultrasilencer Zen with 58db of noice level. Is it worth?
Why is this video so underrated?
Will you be doing another one of these videos for 2020?
Great video. I was wondering why the Deebot 500 is not so good if, in my understanding, it is a newer version of the n79s?
Not sure what he’s talking about. I have 2 Deebot 500 for a year...no problem here 🤷🏾
Is it worth spending an extra 30$ and getting the Coredy R650? Or should I wait for mid tier round up and see where it falls?

wow this is really in depth
Thanks
Can you remove the brush, if you are only doing hardwood floors with dogs?
Take a look at these: ruclips.net/video/JaKQt8oQh4M/видео.html They are doing what you have described.
Have you done a video on the eufy L70?
This should have a million views

Great review. Thank you!
Great stuff - thank you ! :)

Any review on the new makita cordless vaca/ robot vac?

Hey Vacum Wars could you please test the ionvac smart clean 2000. Its on 120$ or 100$ depending where you get it.
Can you please review and compare the moosoo vs the eufy?
thank you, great job!

Glad to hear that

You should emphasise more cleaning result and parts availability because those two matter the most in real life.

Can you please tell us how hard they have finding home, and how high of a threshold they can stand?
I was looking for Lunavac.
Whoa! I thought these were all supposed to be $200 or less. The #1 robovac in the list links to Amazon at over $400.
What? I bought the #1 total rated robovac in this video for 150 bucks yesterday (Cordey)
What will you do Tuesday and Friday
Im not entirely sure. I have some possibilities in the works
